Fully stocked with modern amenities, this home is a perfect Savannah retreat. The professionally designed spaces offer open-concept layouts and kitchen & dining spaces perfect for entertaining.

This rental is located in a building that has a total of 6 units. This listing represents 3 of those 6 units. The three units included in this listing are a combination of 2 garden-level units (not a basement, they have full-size windows and doors) and the first-floor unit. The three units share access to the outdoor courtyard with the other 3 units located at the property. If your group is interested in more/less units at the same property, please let us know.

**Units A and B are side-by-side units and they connect from the inside (similar to a hotel). Unit 2 is upstairs from the A and B units. The staircase to go from A and B to Unit 2 is outside.
Unit 2: This is a single-level unit - guests will have to go upstairs to go from the street level to access the second floor of the building

Our home is located in central Savannah which makes it easy to get around. We are within walking distance to SCAD (7-9 minute walk) and other area landmarks. Uber/Lyft is also a convenient way to get around, and Savannah is a bike-friendly city with plenty of rental outlets. We are located about 20 minutes away from the airport by car.
