This beautiful 100 m2, 2 bedroom flat with two bathrooms has been featured in 3 interior design magazines. It is in central Budapest near Andrassy Avenue, Heroes Square, the Opera House, and the Oktogon public transportation hub. The apartment is fully furnished with a well equipped large kitchen, 500 meg WIFI, two bathrooms, refurbished antique furniture, central air conditioning, a separate fresh air ventilation system, antique kitchen tiles, dish washer, clothing washer, and a dryer. Flat is ultra quiet due to triple-glazed windows.
The style is sophisticated traditional elegance. With 3.8 meter high ceilings, a carefully controlled internal environment including fresh air ventilation, sound proof windows, and everything required for relatively long visits in terms of a well stocked kitchen, storage space, and other amenities. The large bathroom has a Technistone marble sink, glass shower booth, bath tub, bidet, clothing washing machine, and toilet. Small bathroom includes glass shower, toilet, and sink. The flat has been featured in the Hungarian equivalent of Home Journal, NĆk Lapja. Flat includes electric stove, electric stove top, Nespresso machine, full length refrigerator, new German knives and cooking utensils.

Entrance has double doors: the original 19th century wood door as well as an elegant iron smith made security gate modeled on the courtyard railing pattern. The building itself can only be accessed by security tags. There are security cameras in public places like the courtyard. Overall security is excellent and the neighborhood is safe.

I am an American real estate entrepreneur who purchased 400 m2 of Budapest flats in well maintained historic buildings in Budapest's centre between 2009 and 2012. All were completely renovated. I am American. I am well known in the subsea cable industry where I broker fibre optic network capacity (optical circuits). Clients are generally quite pleased with their stay and that is satisfying.

This neighborhood is centrally located with several good grocery store and restaurants. There is a charming park with open air markets nearby. Across from the park is an Art Nouveau covered food market. Underground, tram, and bus stops are also close. It is near Andrassy Boulevard, Heroes Square, the Oktogon public transporation hub, and the international Keleti train station.

Top notch beauty and comfort. Quiet. Excellent customer service. Very high quality renovation, state of the art HVAC, and appliances. Decorated with a plethora of plants. Italian tiles were used for the kitchen and Technistone, a marble/resin composite, was used in the large bathroom. The kitchen has 19th antique wall tiles.
