Enjoyed stay!

We stayed at My Mickey House for two weeks in February. This home is decorated beautifully, well cared for, and had everything we needed for our stay. The owner was very nice and she responded quickly to any questions we had. We really enjoyed the small pool which was sunny all day. The location at Windsor Hills Resort was perfect,an easy walk to the big pool and store. We highly recommend Windsor Hills and My Mickey House in particular for a Disney vacation.

Excellent location. Very close to parks. Super clean

My family stayed here in April 2024. The property is very close to the disney parks. It is very clean. Communication was through a 3rd party site called Evolve. The pool in the back was a great way to cool off after a morning in the parks. The property is well equipped with everything you need, including small samples of shampoo, conditioner, and dish soaps.

Great trip!

We enjoyed our vacation at My Mickey House. The home was very clean and well stocked. The kids loved the heated pool and playing in the grassy park behind the house! A great place to stay while visiting Disney World.

Awesome Vacation

Kris made planning our lodging for our Disney trip almost effortless! She was a pleasure to work with and the condo was equally as impressive - Well decorated and close to Disney parks. Our kids loved the pool, both our private and the resorts. I felt very safe in a gated community with my family and would recommend this condo if you're looking for a place near Disney. Thanks for a great stay!

Great stay!

We come to Windsor Hills at least once a year (though this is our only repeat booking). Lots of great amenities and close to everything. The pack and play was super clean and looked newer. We had plenty of space for our family of 5. The property management company and owner are both fantastic. Would absolutely recommend. We'll be back!

Wonderful family-friendly place to stay!

Thank you so much for opening your home to us over our Spring Break! The proximity to Disney World was fantastic. And it is also close by to lots of restaurants, shopping, etc! We enjoyed ourselves tremendously. Everything in the home was perfect. Our girls LOVED having a pool out back to jump in after a long day in the Disney parks...and the large community pool was a hit as well. We also enjoyed having multiple TVs throughout the house!! We will be back and highly recommend 'My Mickey House' to anyone!

Quick response

A Wonderful Experience!

Our family of six fit perfectly in My Mickey House! It was very comfortable and met our needs beautifully. We enjoyed the private pool as well as the community pool that was within walking distance. The proximity of My Mickey House to all Disney Parks was ideal and although the drive to Universal was further, it was still very easy and well worth it. The owner was fantastic to work with and made the experience stress-free. I would absolutely stay at this property again.

Great Place and Wonderful Owners!

We had a wonderful time staying at My Mickey House! Kris was great to work with providing detailed information regarding our stay which made everything very easy. The property is very close to Disney, yet the community is not in an area that seems very busy which is nice. Our kids loved the Mickey themed bedroom and it was great for everyone to have their own bathrooms. The house was clean, and the attached pool was very warm, which was great for the not so hot days. The playgrounds/arcade in the community were also a hit. We would definitely stay at My Mickey House again.

Not a better place to stay with a family!

We brought the kids (14, 10, and 9) for fall break. First, working with Kris was awesome. Great communication! Quick communication! The home was outstanding, was in great condition, and close to everything! The home was super clean, has everything you need, and we would recommend that you start here searching for your WDW vacation rental. Thank you, Kris!

Our Orlando Adventure Vacation

The house was wonderful! Very clean, comfortable & very spacious! Easy to get to and close to everything we needed. We went to Disney, Universal, SeaWorld & Discovery Cove and shopping and had no problems at all. It was nice to have our own pool right outside the door. We did take advantage of the resort's amenities (pool, game room, convenient store, etc) as well. They were equally as nice. The owner, Kris, was always very helpful and easy to work with. I would recommend this home to anyone interested in an Orlando vacation!

We've always enjoyed our stay at Windsor Hills!

We've stayed several years at Windsor and, unfortunately, this was the most disappointing property we secured. The downstairs was in beautiful shape but the upstairs needed new carpet, a new master mattress (it was truly horrible) and some newer towels (they were so scratchy). On our arrival day, the garbage seat outside the front door was overflowing with garbage. A little disappointed this time.

Great Place to Stay!!

We have stayed at the Windsor Hills complex one other time ( a condo) and decided to try a townhome this time..for the splash pool! I am so glad we did! We love the entire complex and enjoyed the community pool/slide and clubhouse last time. This time however, the kids did not want to leave our own personal splash pool! It's small, but all the room they needed! The unit itself was clean and nicely decorated and met all of our needs. Just remember to bring your own dish soap, laundry detergent & paper towels, or visit the nearby Publix after arriving as we did :) The master bedroom had a comfortable bed and plenty of room to RELAX!! The location is perfect..a hop, skip & jump away from the Disney parks. We can't say thank you enough. The owner was extremely pleasant to deal with. What else can I say? We had a magical vacation!!!!! Thank you!!

Awesome property for a vacation

If you are looking for a great place to vacation near Disney this is the place! l must say that all the information we needed to know before we arrived was given to us and any communication with Kris was quickly responded by her. We rented this house for the month of January, and had our 2 kids and grandson there for 3 of those weeks. We all loved the salt water pool, had a hard time getting my grandson out of the pool at the end of the day. The house was very clean and had all the necessities needed for a relaxing vacation. We especially took advantage of the bbq. This home is very close to the Disney parks, shopping and grocery stores. Being an avid golfer myself it was nice to take advantage of the golf course just down the road about 3 minutes away. Also another little perk to Windsor hills was the playground for little kids, which we took advantage of several times, and the big pool at the clubhouse which also has a games room exercise room and a small movie theatre. Great Stay

We stayed here from February 25th to March 5th, 2013 with 4 adults and 3 kids for our Disney vacation. The condo is exactly like the pictures. Everyone loved having their own rooms and bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and the living room was great to hang out in after busy days at the parks. We did have issues the first couple of nights with the smoke alarms blaring when we got back at the end of the day. The first night it was just one, the second night it was almost all of them! Kris was great! She was very responsive and Iain (the property manager) came over even though we didn't discover the problem until very late in the evening. He was very friendly and worked hard to remedy the problem. After that it was smooth sailing! The condo was close to the parks and it was very easy to get around. Kris was great to deal with and I will definitely stay here again. Next time I will plan some down time to stay at the condo. We were all sad to leave "home" at the end of the trip.

Absolutely Lovely & VIP Passes Made The Trip !!

Kris, Thank you so much for being such a dream to work with. The townhome was absolutely lovely, and was everything we wanted.... and more! The furnishings made us feel at home, and all the extra touches (dishwasher pacs, garbage bags, cooler, radio, child's stool in the kids room, pool towels) were much appreciated. It was nice to not have to pack those items (we flew so not an option) or to have to purchase them. We don't have any young children, but seeing the items you provide for babies/toddlers is really nice as well. We were also thoroughly impressed with the Windsor Hills community. Check in was a breeze, the pool was great, and the neighborhood was very nice. Considering it was only 5-10 minutes from the parks, I don't think we will ever stay anywhere else! However, what really made the trip were the parking pass and VIP passes. It was so nice to be able to park so close to the gates, and the ride passes were fantastic. We had very little issue with using either. Thank you again for being so wonderful to work with. Your constant and timely communication really sets you apart from other renters, and I wouldn't hesitate to rent from you again. In fact, I will recommend you to anyone I can, and will definitely book through you should we visit Disney again. Wonderful Stay! :)

My family and I recently stayed at this cozy townhome. We felt so at home here so it made our vacation very special. The decor was very nice and the beds were super comfy, the king bed especially that is located in the master bedroom. The townhome is very roomy also, having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms is a plus. The home is super safe also because it is a gated community, so not just anyone can drive into the neighborhood. We really enjoyed the private pool, it was so relaxing and so much fun with with my children. They had a blast in it. We had it heated during our stay, which was wonderful. It was very private also because it backed up to a large garden view no other homes behind it. We also loved what the neighborhood had to offer, including a large community pool with a slide, and it also had a very shallow play area for little ones. The pool had nice staff working there who gave my kids some pool toys. :) There was also a small grill/restaurant at the pool area for lunch and drinks. And a band was playing one day we were at the pool, that was nice. My kids also enjoyed the arcade near the pool. We also visited the park in the neighborhood, my kids loved it. The pool and park are both a short walk from the home. The parking was good, one car per driveway, but then a parking lot only 10 steps away for additional parking. This home had so much to offer and we hope to return here again for our next stay in the Orlando area. :) The owner is very sweet also she made sure we were taken care of and happy. :) I highly recommend staying in her townhome.

It was okay

I’ve stayed at better and I’ve also stayed at much worse. If you are a family traveling on a budget, this is a decent little place. It was clean (minus the coffee pot & filter not being dumped from the previous tenants) , the splash pool was great, check in process was super easy, and the location is great. All that being said the property needs a little TLC. The master bedroom bed squeaks terrible with just the slightest movement. The mattress is fairly decent tho. The washing machine does have a musty order from people not leaving the door open but a commercial cleaner will remove the smell, the kids upstairs bedroom is in need of new bedding - the sheets are very worn and the kids room electronics are ancient and need upgrading. My 8 year old had no idea what a vhs player even was and couldn’t understand why her PlayStation 4 games wouldn’t work with the PlayStation 2 that is in the room. The TV was tiny - like 13” small. Also, the door knob to the closet was totally broken. Moving downstairs, we didn’t use the downstairs bedroom except for changing clothes so I can’t comment on the comfortability of the bed however the ceiling fan needs replacing as it shakes violently at full speed. We took a GoPro video of it and are still laughing about it. I wouldn’t want to sleep under that fan when it’s running. Kitchen was adequate but having 1 trash bag in the kitchen trash can upon move in would be nice. Luckily we brought our own but I’ve never had to supply the initial bag. The electronics in the living room were in need of upgrades as well. There is a whole lot of mess going on there that my husband (who is an electronics tech) had a difficult time figuring out. The TV was new-ish but the VCRs need to go. They REALLY date the property. Living room furniture was comfortable. Pool was awesome (especially in July) and super clean the pool light did not work tho. We did run into a problem where the batteries in the smoke alarm were dying at 2am (shouldn’t these be changed every 6 months). It’s about 15ft in the air so we couldn’t reach to turn it off. Emailed the owner and prop mgr and we went to the parks. No acknowledgement of email from prop mgr but it was fixed. prop mgr was kinda rude in email- telling me I should have called instead of email. I’m hearing impaired so calling at a busy theme park is not an option. Overall the stay was ok but could have been better with some upgrades.

Great home!

It had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Owner had fast communication with any questions we had. Great neighborhood- felt safe and secure.
