We had a great family vacation (12 people). The house is steps away from the beach and communication with the host was prompt. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Great spacious house right on the beach!! The house had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable with extra blankets and pillows. The kitchen was stocked for all our cooking needs—even tupperware. The deck is amazing in the mornings for coffee and evenings looking at the stars. We had a few questions during our stay and Kimberly answered quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at this beautiful beachfront home. We've stayed at several homes along the Fort Morgan beach area and this was our favorite! Everything was just as advertised; clean and well supplied, and you won't find a better stretch of beach!

The kitchen is spacious and well equipped with everything needed for a large family gathering. The two refrigerators were a fantastic bonus, as was the washer and dryer in the utility room along with the second refrigerator. We loved the bar area and the expansive countertops, which made setting up food buffet-style easy and enjoyable. The reclining sofas were comfortable, and we pulled the dining chairs into the large living room to create plenty of seating for games and family time. The sweeping beach views were absolutely fabulous, and the close proximity to the water made the setting even more special. Visiting in winter was a real treat—the beach was peaceful, secluded, and beautiful.Check-in and check-out were seamless, and communication with the owner was prompt, friendly, and helpful. The extra blankets and sheets in every closet were a thoughtful touch that added to an already wonderful stay.

This house is amazing! We had 9 adults and 3 children in our group and we had plenty of room. The living area is so spacious and all the furniture is very comfortable! It was nice for each family to have their own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped and had everything we needed. The outside grill was great. There is enough furniture on the deck for everyone to enjoy sitting outside. My favorite part is being able look out the windows and see the waves and watch my family fishing and playing in the ocean. We come to Fort Morgan every year and this is our favorite house ever- and by far the cleanest and most well kept. The owners are so easy to work with and answered all our questions promptly. We will definitely rent this house again. Thank you ,John and Kimberly for sharing it with us.

Our family loved our time in this wonderful house. It had everything we needed for a fun and successful trip. We loved having two full size refrigerators, a well stocked kitchen, and comfortable beds. The showers had very good water pressure and the hot water lasted through all the showers. The walkway to the beach was perfect and we enjoyed a very private area to keep our tent and chairs. This rental has two outside showers for the convenience of removing sand prior to entering the house. The owners were very responsive, kind, and informative. We recommend this house --- you will be pleased. The only con for the home was that the gas grill did not work well and we had to cook everything inside. Our plan was to grill out 5 nights--that did not happen. An easy fix would be having a charcoal grill as a back-up or buying a new gas grill.
