The cottage is located just steps away from a public boardwalk directly to Saco Bay's 7 miles of pristine sandy beaches. This rental home is the perfect location in Southern Maine to enjoy a picturesque Coastal Maine vacation, the way life should be! Enjoy falling asleep to the sounds of waves crashing against the shore in this quintessential New England Beach Community.


⚓ Coastal Cottage Details ⚓
This coastal cottage offers rooms full of natural light, a modern coastal kitchen, a comfortable living room, an intimate porch, and a backyard! The color tones used throughout the home invite the feeling of a classic coastal retreat with subtle nautical influences. A boardwalk to the beach is located just steps away from the home. The home features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and an outdoor shower. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, Bedroom 2 has a twin bed & a full bed, and the living room has a queen sleeper sofa. To ensure all guests in your group have a comfortable stay, there are no bunk beds in this home. This cozy beach cottage has a maximum occupancy of 4 guests (including children of all ages), we kindly ask that you please be honest about the number of people in your group and do not attempt to stay here if there are more than 4 people (including infant/children of all ages) in your group. The modern coastal kitchen features white shaker dovetail cabinets, white quartz counter tops, a pull out trash drawer, and an ice maker in the freezer. The kitchen comes equipped with various small kitchen appliances (coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc.) and all of the basics you will need throughout your stay (dishware, silverware, pots and pans, baking sheet, etc.)! The kitchen features an eat in kitchen dining table with seating for up to 4. The living room has a 50" inch smart TV, two chairs, and a sectional sofa to ensure that there is seating for up to 4. The cottage boasts an indoor porch with dining space for up to 4. The porch is perfect for reading a book or just relaxing and enjoying the sounds of the ocean waves crashing against the sand after enjoying a long day at the beach. There is a ceiling fan and a mini split air conditioning unit located in each of the bedrooms to help stay cooler on hotter days. The boardwalk to the beach is located just steps away from the home, at the corner of Outlook Avenue and Oceanside Drive. Please note that the bed sizes in the Cottage are changing to one king bed in bedroom 1 & two twin beds in bedroom 2 beginning September 21, 2025. There is parking for two cars in the driveway. There is a stackable washer & dryer in the kitchen. There will be an outdoor grill beginning August 27th.


⚓ What’s Provided ⚓
For your convenience, an initial supply/starter amount of paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags are provided in the home! A fresh sponge, a dish towel, hand soap, and laundry detergent are all provided as well. Beach Chairs and select beach accessories are provided for use during your stay including: 3 Tommy Bahama Beach Chairs and children’s beach toys for building sandcastles. Guests may opt for the Linen/Towel Package if they wish for bed linens and bath/beach towels to be provided.


⚓ Linens ⚓
A gentle reminder that guests are required to bring their own linens (bed sheets) and towels (including both bath and beach towels) unless they opt for the Linen/Towel Package. The Linen/Towel Package is $150 and includes everything you will need throughout your stay including: bed sheets for every bed, 4 bath towels, 4 washcloths, 4 beach towels, 4 hand towels, and 1 bath mat. Linen/Towel Package Fee can be added to your booking. Answering a commonly asked question: Guests do not need to wash the Linen & Towel Package upon departure.

🐶 This home is a dog friendly property. One well behaved dog under 20 pounds would be permitted with prior approval for an additional fee of $50/night. If you plan on bringing your dog, please inquire with your dog listed in your party or include a note about your dog in your inquiry/booking reservation message. Dog Fee can be paid with booking. Only 1 Dog under 20 pounds is permitted throughout your stay. Breed Restrictions Apply. Kinney Shores is a dog friendly beach. Saco City Code: 64-8 B (1) All dogs should be leashed and under control of their owners at all times from April 1 through September 30 on beaches where piping plovers or least terns are present or have traditionally nested.
