This property had everything that we needed and more. We woke up to a moose and her baby in the front yard. How cool is that? It was in a neighborhood and close to stores, but still felt like you were in the mountains.

This rental was exceptionally clean within a quiet neighborhood in Eagle River. Conveniently located, close to grocery store & local hiking. Worked out great for our family while visiting our son at JBER. Very polite, helpful and friendly host communication! I would recommend this property for a home away from home!

We had a great stay at Daniel's rental. Check-in was easy and the neighborhood was safe and quiet. The house was very clean when we arrived. We were a group of 5 adults staying for almost 2 weeks and all had enough space. Great place to stay near Anchorage.

We had a fabulous stay! The home was clean and inviting. The neighborhood was a perfect location for our needs and it was super quiet. We didn’t spend a ton of time at the house because we were out and about exploring, but the beds were so comfortable for sleeping after a busy day. When we make it back to the Anchorage area, we’ll definitely look into staying here. Daniel is an amazing host and great communicator!

It’s was clean. Stores were close by and the host responded fast the entire time. They even left some smaller things out in case you forgot to bring something. There is plenty of decent cookware if you wanted to make meals everyday.

Host was great at communication and the location was excellent for us. It felt safe and removed from the chaos of ANC, but not too far from any thing we wanted to do. Also love the garage!

Nice location 20 minutes north of of Anchorage with easy access. Located on a cul du sac in a quiet community. Had every thing we needed. It’s an older home with some wear and tear but was very functional. This is our 6th VRBO this trip. We found everywhere has streaming for TV so be prepared. My parents could not have figured it out if they were alone. Daniel was a great host and easily answered ally questions.

Great location. Convenient to shops and restaurants. Space accommodated 4 adults and 1 child well. Owner came over and shoveled the 12 inches of snow off the porches and driveway during our stay. He was always very responsive to my questions before and during my stay. I would rent again.

My wife, a school teacher, and I raised a family (one still in High School), and we are lucky to have our oldest helping to manage and host. We enjoy making the stay feel comfortable and welcoming, so our guests feel true Alaskan hospitality.

Close to Anchorage, but far enough away from the grind of Anchorage, Eagle River and this location, is a great place to unwind and enjoy the scenic outdoors with family. Close to the essentials with dining and shopping nearby. The Nature Center is a 10 minute drive up Eagle River Road. Beautiful place!
