Vackert renoverad studiolägenhet i en dagsljuskällare med egen ingång och lerrum - på en lugn cul-de-sac i Eagle River.

Lägenheten har totalrenoverats och har ett stort kök med bänkskivor i granit, anpassad dusch, badrumfack i granit, helt ny, full storlek, apparater i rostfritt stål inklusive en 5-brännare spis, kylskåp, över mikrovågsugn och en tvättmaskin / torktumlare alla -i ett.

Det finns en privat ingång till lägenheten med en bra storlek lerrum. Boyta är ett öppet koncept med mycket naturligt ljus och vacker utsikt över Cook Inlet och Sleeping Lady. Studion är möblerad med en helt ny Serta Queen size-säng, en liten soffa och ett litet matbord.

Happy Stay

Cute place to stay. Has everything you need to feel comfortable and at home. Nice mid-point location to many hiking/sight-seeing areas. Host is very sincere and trust worthy.

Beautiful studio, bit noisy & chilly

The studio is lovely, with beautiful views and super clean and attractive accommodations. The area is quiet and surrounded by trees, with a nice porch that has 2 chairs for enjoying the view. The studio is near Eagle River Nature Center, which had absolutely gorgeous trails. I had only 2 complaints. The first was the noise of the occupants upstairs, as I could hear footsteps, dog toenails clicking, and conversations (although not content of the conversations). Fortunately our awake hours were fairly compatible so it only affected my sleep when I first got into bed and a pair of earplugs solved that problem. The second complaint was that the studio was chilly as there was no central heat control in it. I messaged the owner and she said that she turned the heat up, which helped some, but in the mornings it was still quite cold. There was a space heater, but it wasn't enough for the size of the space.

The real flavor or Alaska

This place was awesome. A real nice retreat to get away and unwind and away from the busy city. It was great going out and seeing the sights and return to a comfy cozy room, with the real flavor of Alaska. Thank-you

Great location with a view!

This was a cute little pet friendly studio apartment within 15 mins of Anchorage. There was a circle drive with easy access and parking. We didn’t spend much time there because our stay was short and sweet, but we enjoyed the clean accommodations and clear communication with the owner. We will for sure be back next time we need to stay near Anchorage. Thank you Kim for the amazing last minute stay!

Alaska Vacation Retreat

If you are looking for a nice getaway place to stay in close proximity to Anchorage and surrounding areas this is a wonderful place to stay, The updated kitchen and bathroom were a major plus. Having a full kitchen gave us flexibility to prepare special meals while giving us the flexibility to dine out if desired. The owner of the property was kind, helpful and quick to reply to any questions we had. The sunset views from the large windows were absolutely stunning. This is a gem of a vacation getaway.

Beautiful view

We had a wonderful stay at Amy's property. It was ideally located to explore both Anchorage and the surrounding area. Eagle River is a lovely little community and the view was spectacular. The unit was well-appointed with everything we needed for our 16-day stay.

After 2 weeks of sleeping in dry cabins, rustic log cabins, campers and places off the beaten path, Amy’s apartment was perfect. Decorated perfectly with everything you could possibly need. A great end to our 2 week Alaska adventure. Don’t hesitate to book this. Thanks for hosting us!

This was the perfect place to stay to make a lifetime of memories! Our host was great, very friendly and available although we did not need anything. She had thought of it all! We appreciated the little things like bear spray! The laundry was a huge benefit! The location couldn’t be better for day trips north to Talkeetna or south to Seward. Although not in a “tourist” area, the proximity to the hyway and gas, groceries and great restaurants was a huge plus! Thank you!

Midwestern Anchorage Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was only 20 minutes from downtown Anchorage which was very convenient and it was driveable to several surrounding activities in Palmer, Talkeetna, and Glacier View. Unit was well stocked with basics including coffee, spices, cooking oil, condiments, sandwich bags, etc. The unit was clean and comfortable. It was nice to be able to do laundry. Appreciated the outdoor space watching the sunset (sort of - it was Alaska in July). Location was excellent in a nice quiet area but close to gas, groceries and restaurants.

Close & Comfy

The property was as described. The host was very prompt and friendly in answering any questions we had. There was a great view from the front windows. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and basics like tea and coffee were there for use. Host even offered us her covered parking when she was out of town. We loved it!

Amazing location in a quiet neighborhood

Check-in was easy. The location is awesome. Eagle River is an amazing little town. The neighborhood was quiet. The studio was just the right size and was stocked with everything we needed. Amy, her daughter Raegan and dog Kilo are super friendly and I felt right at home! We’ll definitely be back next year!

Awesome place

This place is awesome and the owner is even more awesome. I loved this place outside of Anchorage so much I almost didn't leave a review for fear it will always be booked to be totally honest 😂. But then I wouldn't have left a review for the awesome owner of this place. My son jumped on the trampoline and played with the dog the whole time and it was great. Will be booking in the future!

It’s a fabulous location, as a base for all kinds of outdoor adventure. A few minor suggestions would make it even better. A pair of scissors, paper towels or napkins and a better mattress. Loved that there was bear spray to use on our hikes.

Enjoyable stay

We enjoyed our stay, it is located outside of Anchorage so it was quiet but not too far. We traveled daily and this was a great place to come "home" to each evening. There were plenty of extras as well, from a small cooler for road lunces, to bear spray for those remote trail hikes. Even some spices in the cupboard.

Cute Little Studio!

Your Alaskan Adventure awaits pretty much says it all. we had such a wonderful time in Ami’s cabin! She has all the amenities you could ever need and then some. It was beautiful up on the mountain. We would love to come back again sometime.
