This gorgeous and beautifully remodeled condo is in the gated community of Desert Falls Country Club in Palm Desert. The sun soaked pool and hot tub complex is visible from the patio and is literally just a few steps away. This is a ground floor, end unit with an attached two car garage and an extra long driveway. Enjoy the gorgeous foliage and mountain views from the East facing back patio and master bedroom. This is an especially quiet and peaceful area of this wonderful complex!
The unit has been completely and tastefully remodeled. The kitchen features newer, stainless steel appliances including a gas range and Quartz countertops throughout. The home is conveniently located just minutes from the I-10 freeway, shopping and restaurants galore, hiking trails, art galleries and so much more. Want to golf? There are dozens of incredible public courses nearby including the incomparable Desert Willow Golf Resort with the Firecliff and Mountain View courses just right around the corner.
