Fyra sovrum enkel våning hem med utsikt över vattnet. 100 steg från floden / strandpromenaden och en 5 minuters promenad nerför strandpromenaden till all action. All ny interiör, trägolv i hela, helt nya lyxiga sängar / kuddar / sängkläder från och med 11/17. (3 drottningar, plus en bunked singel över full.)
Stor matsal plus frukostkrog. Ljus, bekväm och luftig; stora rum och en stor, avskärmad veranda och en privat, inhägnad trädgård med CharBroil gasgrill. Öppen spis. Tekniskt smart hem med elektroniskt lås, säkerhet, länkade rök- / CO-detektorer, rörelsedetektor (men inga inre kameror eller mikrofoner naturligtvis) kan ägaren lägga till kameror utanför vid någon tidpunkt; wifi, netflix, platt-TV, blue-ray-spelare. Kök med grunderna. Diskmaskin.
Hemmet har 3 sovrum i huvudbyggnaden, och 2 bad, plus ett extra stort, privat ingång bak sovrum som är tillgänglig från den bakre skärmad veranda ..

Family Getaway

I had both of my daughters and all 6 grandkids, we had a great stay. It was a short walk to the beach, and we had everything that we needed just like it was our own home. We would definitely stay again!!

Weekend getaway

You can’t ask for a better location to be on the beach within a minute. Quiet neighborhood that is still close to everything.

We had a marvelous stay!

We came for the Riverfest weekend. The property is walking distance to the beach and boardwalk. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of space. We loved the fenced in back porch. Highly recommend! We would love to come back and stay again!

Host was super accommodating. He responded to my contacting him immediately and we worked out how to enter the house and he gave me several tips on the house and the area.

First time to Colonial Beach!

We loved the uniqueness and location of the property. Plenty of room for the six of us. Relaxing down time in this odd year for traveling. Property was a short walk to the beach and we did plenty of walking around.

Hi Joel. We had a blast. Since my house across the street is a 2 bedroom cottage, we needed room for the growing family. My boys and their families had a great time. Thanks. They definition lived the layout and being right across the street was a plus!!!

Location was wonderful. Bathrooms were awful. Back porch was nice but needed a good cleaning and needed paint. All blinds need to be replaced so could open and close them. Paint peeling around a lot of windows. A strong Smell hit you in face when we walked in door must be what they are cleaning with. Yard and garden’s needed to be manicured. With the above improvements we would definitely rent again.

Great location, well stocked house

We stayed here for a long weekend with 6 adults and 1 kiddo, had plenty of space. Wifi was great, plenty of seating and dining space, lots of gadgets and supplies in the kitchen. This is definitely an older beach house but was very clea, the only reason I docked a star on cleanliness was for the bathrooms - they were clean but need some TLC on the tile work. Overall we had a great visit and would recommend!

Perfect getaway!!

Beautiful home with plenty of space for our family! The house was very clean, and organized! Had every amenity you could need! Just a quick block to the beach at the end of a quiet street! Perfect for relaxing and enjoying the quiet!

Great house at Colonial Beach

This is a very nice house located conveniently within a short walking distance to the beach. Each bedroom was spacious with comfortable beds, comfortable living and dining room, nice screened-in porch. Golf cart rentals were available to drive to the many good places to eat and to watch beautiful sunsets from different areas. We were able to enjoy relaxing time at the house and fun times at the beach. It is a short drive to Fredericksburg which also has a lot of nice shops and good places to eat, and a train station which we took in to Washington DC. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Really great house!

We took our grandkids and adult children with us to this property. We had a wonderful time and there is plenty of room to spread out & relax. The back yard was a big attraction to our youngest grandkids and the beach was a big hit with all of us. There is plenty of seating for meals and lot of "extras" in the kitchen, spices and condiments. I highly recommend this house! And thank you to Joel.

Wonderful spring visit

We rented this with my sister and her family for a short weekend visit. The house was very comfortable for our group of 7. We appreciated the thoughtful decor as well as the touches like the Ninja coffee bar and the good linens and towels. The location is great with just a short walk to the beach or restaurants. We hope to return!

Weekend getaway

My husband, grandkids and I Stayed here for our annual Columbus day getaway. The house was in great shape with plenty of room for the 4 of us. The kitchen is small, but very well stocked with everything we needed. Our only complaint was the lack of television channels. Im glad netflix was available tho. We enjoyed going to the pier and fishing. Kids got their first fish!
