Sweet 101 är en ljus, ren privat bungalow i stan. Med ett komplett kök och matbord kan gästerna laga mat och besöka med lätthet. TV och WiFi tillhandahålls. Handdukar och toalettartiklar är redo för ankomst. Kompletterande kaffe och godbitar från våra lokala köpmän i centrum. Bungalowen ligger på gångavstånd till centrala Grass Valley och Nevada County Fair Grounds. Vi ligger också bara några steg från en stor stadspark som erbjuder en trevlig lekplats, baseballfält, skatepark, promenad- och cykelleder och en diskgolfbana. Sweet 101 är en stan i stan som inte kommer att svika. Både på och utanför gatuparkering. Bungalowen sover två men kan rymma upp till fyra.

Truly was a sweet place to stay! Great well-equipped kitchen, comfy bed, nicely decorated, beautiful location and grounds. Hosts were responsive, accommodating, and very friendly. Everything we needed - we will definitely book Sweet 101 next time.

Cozy Cottage

Clean, comfortable! Very attractive. Comfortable couch andceasy chair with big tv with hundreds of watching choices including Amazon Prime and others Great bed! Lovely spacious, fully equipped kitchen(freezer ok but needed defrosting but not important for us).An amazing cuisinart coffee maker and good supply of delicious, ground coffee. Fluffy robes hanging in a large BR closet. A cute deck off kitchen with a bistro set with view of the yard and owner's pool. Very tiny suggestions:front left burner doesn't ignite. Bathroom could use towel bar and hand towel ring. Next time I come to Grass Valley I hope this gracious cottage is available. I'm so impressed by the privacy and beautifully decorated spaces filled with many amenities too numerous to mention.

Charming

This rental was absolutely charming, and very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed and house is situated in a lovely neighborhood to walk around in. It is exactly as pictures depict and stores and other community resources are nearby. Would recommend.

Cozy cottage, but...

Very comfortable cottage in a great location, but the heat controls and supply a bit lacking. Primary cause was a 1 inch space at the bottom of the front door which created quite the draft. The hosts were very responsive to the problem and hopefully will solve the issue in the near future.

Very cute cozy cottage with a nice kitchen. Really great comfortable bed. New heaters in rooms. Quiet area. Nice hosts who meet me. You will be happy you stayed here.

Beautiful home, quiet location

This property was lovely. Tastefully decorated, well stocked, quiet location with 5 minute drive to downtown restaurants and shops. The owners were very responsive with a few questions we had. I would highly recommend this home. Will definitely stay again! Thank you to Matthew and Haven

I really liked the color of the stove, refrigerator, microwave and that it was retro!! They really thought of everything that you might need. And I loved that the owners were right next door in case you needed anything. I would definitely go back again, was in our price range, (affordable)!! Thank you very much👍

The perfect cosy and comfortable cottage!

I was busy and rushed on my recent trip to Grass Valley but this cottage was perfect. Cosy, and a real home away from home feel. Everything you could need for a Grass Valley getaway or in my case, hectic business trip. I’ll be back :)

Sweet, Sweet 101

Charming, clean, cozy, comfy with all the conveniences you need. Haven and Mathew have done a good job making this your home from home. Decorated nicely with a touch of whimsical art and eclectic pieces. The retro kitchen is big and well appointed. We had a little problem with TV streaming but Haven was on the phone with Xfinity right away. We will be happy to got back.
