Nyrenoverade och möblerade november 2012. Denna rymliga 2 sovrum, har 2 bad en fullstor kök med allt du behöver - diskmaskin, spis, ugn, mikrovågsugn, full storlek kylskåp och full storlek, sida vid sida tvättmaskin och torktumlare i lägenheten. Alla nya sängkläder, handdukar, bestick, tallrikar, koppar, etc. Nya queen size-säng i Master, 2 nya twin size sängar i 2 rum, alla med Memory Foam Toppers. Helt ny bäddsoffa och fåtölj. 2 stora platt-TV (båda med utökad kabel) inklusive en Blu-Ray DVD-spelare och en iHome högtalare för att lyssna på dina favoritlåtar stranden. Surfa på webben på condos äger personlig, säker Wifi-anslutning, spela brädspel eller koppla av med böcker som finns för dig att njuta av under din vistelse. Och glöm inte den stora balkongen där du kan sparka upp fötterna på den söta stolar, titta på solnedgången och njuta av ön vind.

We enjoyed this condo as just a long block from the beach and a wonderful pool. Nice restaurants close by as well as a nice grocery store. Seating worked well for the 3 of us.

Great Place

The location and pictures of place were great and accurate. The only problem was that we could hear the neighbors upstairs walking and bouncing a ball well into the night. I know that is beyond the owners control.

What a perfect spot! You have everything someone needs to get away for a few days and breathe. I booked this 4 days prior needing to get out of central Texas and the funk I was in from work. This condo had everything I bedded to rehab my soul. The pool was awesome, the fishing dock was super cool (my kids are bringing their rods next time), and the sunsets were what I needed. Thank you for having your kitchen stocked with perfect items to help with cooking. I came down on a budget and was able to spend less because i didn't have to go out for food for us. The separate beds in the guest room were perfect because my sons (twins) hate sleeping in the same bed on vacation. Love having extra pillows and blankets so thank you for that!

good location

Permanent residents have a long list of "don'ts" if you are coming with a large group and kids, this may not be the place for you. There is pull through parking for trailers/boats, very convenient. Host was very responsive and helpful!

A great place!

Loved being right next to the beach. Property was clean and welcoming. Very easy to find and made the stay more enjoyable. Definitely booking again in the future.

Nice community feel.

Nice modern unit. Only a couple of issues with cleanliness. Well maintained. Location was good. Walkable to the beach. The pool area is a big selling point. Nicely heated with sturdy lounge chairs and tables. Most residents there were very friendly and made for a fun time.Met the property manager by chance. Not friendly or helpful. Issues we had were immediate addressed through VRBO. I would recommend this area and unit to friends.

Great trip

Very nice well maintained property. Christina was very helpful and always available. Overall the property was clean but could use a little TLC just from my perspective. As a guest it was the perfect place for our little family.

A really long review with everything you need to know

This best way to describe this VRBO is completely adequate! The $12 beach pass was easy to aquire at the gas station or sold on whitecap beach on Sat of Labor Day weekend. We appreciated the buckets, boards, towels, cooler, and beach chairs provided. The washer and dryer worked well, and the queen bed was comfortable. Cute decor & nice layout. No trace of mold/mildew. The door code was broken when we arrived, and we had to call the host who replied immediately. The foldout couch mattress is nothing but springs and completely unusable. We found a dead roach and had ants, but probably unavoidable in that climate. The carwash/rinse station was out of order. Needs a new sponge. Ice maker didn't work & only 1 ice tray. A couple more would help a lot. No filtered water, and the tap doesn't taste great. Dishwasher is on its last leg and nearly falls over when opened. Main bedroom ceiling fan has a broken cord so can't change the fan speed. Needs new pillows. Some advice to other renters - if your toddler locks the closet door, the doors can be unlocked using a key or screwdriver (in the kitchen drawer). Be aware that the steps are extremely steep, and there is no elevator. If you leave teens at the pool, make sure you give them the keycard to use the bathrooms. Kitchen drain stopper works upside down as a bathtub stopper. Donut Palace and Desserted Island are both super close and delicious. We all enjoyed the food at Doc's, but it does get loud and loud from live bands.

Beach Club offers so much more than any other property on the Island. Beautiful heated pool & hot tub, gazebo for relaxing, private onsite lake for fishing, 24 hour gym and sauna, Business center with faxing, copying and printing, free coffee and WiFi at the Clubhouse AND walking distance to the beach. We couldn't imagine staying anywhere else!
