Uppvärmd gnistrande pool med ny poolvärmare, uteservering, solstolar och grill. Waterfront dock-perfekt för fiske (fiskespoler tillhandahålls) eller lounging på solstolarna. Det finns också cyklar i hemmet för din användning.

Awesome Place!

The house was great! super clean, roomy and an incredible master suite! Pool was clean and warm, with a great covered outdoor area. Close to many stores and restaurants. We had a great time!

Wonderful Place for Family Vacation

Plenty of space for everyone. Very clean! Description of place was spot-on. Had minor issue with screen door, which host & maintenance handled very promptly. Pool toys & beach toys/chairs were very appreciated. Would definitely rent this place again!

Lovely

The property was lovely. Very clean and easily accessible. This home had everything we needed for our stay, including items we may have forgotten such as goggles, fishing poles, bikes, helmets. The only slight downfall I will warn others of is if you are trying to check in early, buy the extra night or coordinate prior to travel. Access code does not work until exact check in time. However even with that said, there was so much to do in the area such as Gator Mikes arcade/go carts, groceries, shopping, etc. Would highly recommend

Perfect Stay

Our family stayed here for a PG Baseball Tournament. The home was as stated; clean and comfortable with plenty of space. Our group enjoyed the pool and the gorgeous sunsets along with the game room. For our needs, the house location was perfect; near both ballparks and the airport. The host was helpful whenever needed and quick to respond. We would stay here again!

Wonderful property

Nice Place

8 of us stayed at Melanie's house in Cape Coral. We had everything we needed for our stay. Melanie was easy to communicate with and answered questions quickly. The house was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. This is the second time we have stayed at one of her properties, and we've had good experiences both times.

Light & Airy

Wonderful family vacation home. The house is light-filled, spacious, with a new/clean feel and all the modern comforts. Bedrooms were large and nicely appointed. Multiple comfy hangout spaces for larger group. Kids loved the pool, and we very much appreciated the pool floaties, beach chairs and toys we found in the garage. Great space! Even the neighbor was friendly! Cheers!

Home itself was great...

Home itself was great but on VRBO it states that the home was on a waterfront but it's actually on a "fresh water canal".. There was alot of construction going on and closed roads around the property. Not much to do around the area unless you wanna drive an hour or so plus...
