This charming pool home features two queen beds and two twin beds, perfect for a family or group of friends. With amenities like a gourmet kitchen, luxury hypoallergenic linens, and AC, guests will feel right at home. The two fully renovated bathrooms offer a bathtub and a walk-in marble shower. Kick back, relax, and enjoy everything Vero Beach and our house have to offer.
Super-renovated, gorgeous, dog-friendly, solar-heated pool, screen enclosure, large deck, gardens, & a fenced-in yard. Gourmet kitchen with granite, baths were redone (Master w/walk-in w/w/Carrera marble, 2nd bath w/tub), new floors, 3 bed, 2 bath, and one garage with off-street parking. Fully furnished. Hypoallergenic 100% cotton linens, espresso machine, juicer, central air, 5 min to town, 6 min to Miracle Mile, 8 min to Riverside/dog park & best beaches on the east coast. Great neighborhood.
A casual, comfortable, and elegant Florida home. Kick off your shoes, put on your shorts, and chill out. Alexa is standing by to play your favorite tunes. The heated pool and patio have a large screened-in enclosure (no mosquitoes), and the tropical flower gardens are sublime. BBQ grill, multiple seating areas,gazebo over the deck for shade, all make this a special place, a 5-star vacation home. Interior Layout features a large living room, dining area, den/office, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths with master w/ walk-in tiled showers/guest has a tub, plus an excellent outdoor living space.
The kitchen is stocked for the gourmet chef. SS appliances, a French door fridge, a Ninja Smoothie maker, a blender, an espresso, and a drip coffee machine, stocked with tons of bakeware, cookie sheets, a food processor, a centrifugal, and a citrus juicer.
The bedrooms are large; the Master has a Queen bed & a La-Z-Boy chair, the other guest bedroom has a queen, and 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds. All mattresses and furnishings were installed between 2022 and 2025. Bedrooms have room-darkening electronic shades/curtains, luxury hypoallergenic linens, and new furniture (2022). The yard is private and fenced in for our beloved pets. Flowers, fruit, and palm trees are all aroundâlarge lawn, a deck with shade, and a pool deck with a screen enclosure.
High-speed wifi, Netflix, and Prime are all provided. New lighting, new water heater, open free-flowing concept. LR/Dr on one side and an extra den/home office on the other side of the kitchen.
