Gorgeous Loft - Heart of the Garment District!
Enjoy all that downtown living has to offer! This loft is located in the heart of the garment district, within walking distance to the streetcar, River Market, bars, and restaurants. The unit comes with a parking spot in the attached garage and features exposed brick, a king sized bed, and in unit washer/dryer. Interior design by 816 Design, LLC ensures that this loft has all of the comforts of home, with special attention paid to the details of day-to-day living. This is a loft in the middle of a major metropolitan area, so you will hear the sounds of the city from time to time. Also, if you are sitting in silence during waking hours, it is possible that you would hear the neighbors, but once you turn on the television or music, you would never know. The building has an elevator, but you do have to climb a short set of stairs when entering from the front on W. 8th St or perhaps from inside the garage.

I love this sweet little spot in the Garment District. You get that "big city living" feel but in our charming Kansas City. With rich historical ties to clothing manufacturing, this area has a unique charm that blends modern energy with timeless character. Guests can enjoy live jazz music at "The Phoenix" just down the block or hop on the streetcar and head over to the River Market.
