Delightful getaway with our kids and grand kids

This was the ideal setting and location for a get together with our grand kids from Santa Cruz and grand kids from Redding. We loved this well cared for home. Very welcoming! It was spacious, very clean and just perfect for us. The views of the Sacramento river were mesmerizing. The kids and adults loved the swimming pool. We would love to stay here again. Thank you Molly!

Perfect for family!

We stayed here for my brother-in-laws wedding and it was perfect! It was quiet and so nice for the kids. The river was beautiful and the hot tub was great!

Great Stay!!!!

The property was easy the find, clean and roomy and very well stocked. The river access for fishing was amazing…. We caught several fish (through them back) and the pool was a hit with everyone!!!

Stayed cool in the summer heat

Great location with a shady yard and river on one side and pool on the other side. The pool was warm and shady in the afternoon, perfect for swimming.

Wonderful House

Molly is a fantastic host and is very responsive. We have stayed at Molly's house two times, and will be doing so in the future when we come back up on our fishing trips.

Great location and relaxing atmosphere

This is a perfect rental for a family. The house has everything you need to be comfortable. The pool is perfect for the warm weather and the spot on the river is beautiful. The owner is very attentive when we had a question she got back to us immediately. I highly recommend this spot.

Sacramento river stay

This property is great and well equipped, just as advertised! The pool is a really valuable addition to the house, and kept the kids thoroughly entertained and active on hot afternoons! The backyard with an amazing river view was very popular with the entire family as well!

Wonderful, relaxing stay at this beautiful home

This home was exactly what we were looking for our large family. It's riverside setting kept us cool, even when it was over 100 degrees outside. The lay-out was perfect, with it's large, open living area and patio facing the Sacramento River. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well-apportioned, and the pool was clean and refreshing. We would definitely return!

Absolutely perfect!

We were with family in town for our daughters wedding. This was the most amazing house for us to stay. We were comfortable and able to visit by the river while dining outside! The hot tub was an real luxury after working hard to set up the wedding venue. Thanks for the memories!

Very nice trip

We had a wonderful family vacation at this great house! All of the details were attended to from great linens and towels to a fully stocked kitchen. The view from the home is gorgeous and the pool was wonderful. I was concerned about safety with my toddler but there are multiple gates and fences between the house and river and the pool is separated enough to make it hard to get to. We would love to stay again.

Great location for visiting Shasta area! Awesome to stay and enjoy with large family.

Very well kept and thoughtful setup of the property. If feels like someone has welcomed you straight into their home. Location is perfect. We visited during peak of winter and the overall weather was a let down with rain all day. We still enjoyed the indoors a lot. In good weather this place would rock. Looking to get back sometime in spring /summer.

Nice !!!

It was wonderful and relaxing. Sitting there right in the back yard watching the river flow by, Priceless ! Canadian Geese, Ducks and birds galore. Perfect time of the year for us, not to warm, not to cold. The house was nice and roomy. Big dining room and kitchen, bedrooms clean and comfy, the bathroom’s and walk-in showers, very classy. We looking forward to gathering up some family and staying there again.

Comfortable, Spacious Home on the River

The home was clean and is spacious and well-designed. There are several separate "hang out" areas both inside and outside. In the back on the river, there is the barbecue patio directly off the dining room with a table. Below near the river, there is another dining patio (where we ate most our meals) and an adjacent fire pit across the path. Not to mention the hot tub deck and area directly on the river. If someone wanted to be alone, there were several choices and many places to gather for meals, etc.
