Overall, this place was very nice and affordable. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. The host was great, and my family and I really enjoyed our time here. I would stay here again.

The host was always available pleasant responded in a timely manner. The place was clean, perfect size for our family. I would recommend and stay there every time, i needto travel in the area. I was also amazed that there was parking. Everyone had a wonderful time. I would recommend this Vrbo.

The rooms were nice and the style was really posh. There was a lot of room to move around and the Internet was reliable. The neighborhood was nice and felt safe. Some items like coffee and laundry detergent wasn't provided but there were plenty of quilts and towels and pillows. The ac upstairs wasnt strong so having fans in the units helped n

The home was updated, but not well maintained with multiple things broken (shade, bathroom fixtures/sink, microwave). Location was not good. We did not feel safe with kids after dark, due to returning from a Phillies game and seeing an unclothed person on the street corner doing something I can’t describe on here. My teenage kids saw this. Separately, there are unhoused people living directly across the street in a moving pod, which the host told me has been there for some time. Description says linens provided, but no washcloths are included (after questioning the host). My kids had to use baby wipes for showering. Overall, an unpleasant experience.

Everything was smooth and easy. Had a great time. The rooftop terrace was awesome. Got to see the skyline and some stars. Just really enjoyed our stay there! And a couple little questions I had and information we needed Brittani was on it immediately like when I forgot the code lol only they waited like seconds to get in so thank you you awesome time and mommy will come back down again. We’re definitely staying there.! and I love the mural that they’re painting on the fences and wall walls. Go BIRDS!

Beautiful property! It looks just like the pictures. It was clean and cozy, perfect for our ladies weekend. Communication with the property manager was easy, they have a very quick response time.

Accurate representation of # of beds, baths, & balcony. Parking description is misleading. Street parking is open to the public and difficult to find a spot. Do not expect to find parking.Front door lock to the building opens with code but could not be locked after entry This was a major safety issue. Apartment door lock worked as intended. When I notified the host I was told the lock will automatically reset after 3 minutes. It did not reset. When I called back the host did not answer. I sent a message thru VRBO and was told a mechanic would be sent the next day…. just sleep with an unlocked front door and hope no one enters.Normal amenities like coffee, hand towels, were not provided. Additionally it is very apparent some repairs were DIY and look unfinished and poorly constructed.The property did not meet my standard VRBO expectations.

There are some things that people need to be aware of before renting this property. - The place is not just multi-level. The apartment door is up to the third floor, up a narrow staircase. We were aware there were stairs in the unit, but not that we had to climb two flights to get to the front door. - The neighborhood is wanting to be up and coming, but isn't there yet. We were traveling with our children, and I wouldn't book this area again for a while. There is nothing in safe walking distance. We had to get closer to the city as soon as we left the unit. - While the host was kind and answered my texts, the place was not up to the typical Vrbo standards we are used to. The place looked clean, but after taking off our shoes, it was apparent the floors were not cleaned at all. There was tape and markings from people hanging things for parties and it wasn't cleaned up. - There were several items broken (microwave handle(unoperable), artwork on walls, light switches, cigarette burns in couch(in a no smoking unit), scratches on flooring, etc). I took pictures of everything as we discovered them because I was afraid they would try to charge us. Someone clearly paid to update this property within the last few years, but nobody is upkeeping it.

The stay here was not as pleasant as some of the other reviews may imply. We encountered a broken A/C unit on the night of our arrival, which took until late the next day before it was fixed. Overall cleanliness and maintenance was well below expectations of what we are paying for this place. Parking was fine, though the street cleaning signs were not well marked in some places, so be extra aware. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place if you are traveling with young children.

We were pretty uncomfortable with the neighborhood. Homeless people living in a container nearby. Used pass code to get in a couple times and then one of the kids just opened the door. So apparently passcode was not working. Informed owner and appeared to be working on it the next day. Sleeping for 12 but not enough seating to eat or play games for twelve. A small loveseat, a desk chair and three or four bar stools. Unit was small and tight. Unit was clean enough. Steep walk to third floor. Need to be in good shape to carry groceries and luggage to unit.
