Helt nytt lyxigt kök och vitvaror med central luft. Huset har tvÄ vardagsrum pÄ första vÄningen, varav en Àr perfekt för barnen och ett annat vardagsrum precis utanför köket. Varje vardagsrum har en stor platt-TV. 2: a vÄningen har fyra sovrum (tvÄ stora sovrum, alla med en king size-sÀng och tvÄ sovrum med tvÄ enkelsÀngar vardera). En liten lÀsögon sitter uppe pÄ trappan tillsammans med ett badrum. Köket Àr perfekt för att hÀnga ut och över ser ett matsal pÄ verandan, som sitter tio gÀster bekvÀmt. GÀsterna kan ocksÄ njuta av en trevlig storlek gÄrd. Huset har parkering för tre bilar och alla sÀngklÀder kommer med hyran. Great Location

Walk to all the shops and beaches. Quiet neighborhood, yet still in the heart of a beautiful Cape Cod home. Large table on a pretty porch that sits 12 people comfortably. Nice back yard. Very clean. Bill, the owner, was very responsive. You will enjoy your stay here!!

Beautiful home right in the heart of town! Everything that Chatham has to offer is only steps away from this property. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to experience Chatham.

Excellent stay in downtown Chatham

Very nice and spacious home and yard for a family of 7. In the heart of downtown just steps from Main St. Would definitely stay here again.

Great trip!

We spent a weekend at this home with 3 generations to celebrate a milestone birthday. The flexibility of 2 family/living rooms, extra space in the dining area, and the yard gave us plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen had everything we needed to prep and cook. The proximity to downtown was extremely convenient to stroll around town and walk to Oyster Pond as well.

Plenty of room and close to everything

Our stay in Chatham was great. The house has plenty of room for the whole family and a great kitchen. restaurants and shops are literal steps away from your front door and lighthouse beach and oyster pond are within walking distance as well (or take the shuttle from downtown). Really enjoyed all of the games, beach chairs, beach toys, etc., that were provided. Great family house

Great stay in Chatham!

We had such a great location, and the owner was so helpful. He checked in on us several times during our stay, and when we had a question, it was answered immediately. The house accommodated our group of 6 perfectly, and there were 2 other bedrooms we could have used for more. Every amenity was provided. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Vacation Rental

This property was exactly as advertised. Perfect for a family of 7 (but definitely can fit 3 more comfortably). Very spacious and wonderfully decorated. The kitchen was well-equipped for those that enjoy cooking. Big yard for the idos to play. Super close to the beach and centrally located (right off of Main St.) to all the shops and restaurants. Perfect for morning runs (5-10 miles). Bill, the host, was very attentive and accommodating. Would absolutely rent this house again for a family gathering.

Adorable house on a cozy, hidden street in downtown Chatham

We had a family wedding in Chatham and stayed in the house with 10 people. It was very well situated, right in the middle of town. The decor is very bright and fun. It has a new kitchen and great laundry facility. The backyard is great for hanging out. We'd stay here again.

Great modern house in a prime location on Main Street

This house is perfect. It has plenty of room to accommodate a large family or group of friends. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. There is a very large dining room table in a sunny patio. The backyard is beautiful and private with a large picnic table and grill. The location is amazing because it’s right off of the very charming Main Street in Chatham. Everything is walkable. All of the furnishings are new and very comfortable beds. The interior was obviously designed by someone with great taste and an eye for colorful aesthetics. Bill was a very accommodating host and very responsive. We will certainly be reaching out to stay here again.

Perfect Chatham Vacation Home

The house was perfectly decorated and very spacious. The location of the house just off main street in Chatham is ideal for easy access to shopping, dining and all things that Main Street Chatham has to offer. Bill was a great host and very responsive. I would highly recommend this home if you have a large family or even a few couples looking to get away.

A beautiful home- perfect for a family vacation!

This lovely home in Chatham was a perfect getaway for our family. The house is in an amazing location- right off of Main Street in downtown Chatham. Beautifully appointed- it had everything we needed to feel right at home. The house is charming, with a true Cape Cod feel, a lovely light-filled sun room and a great kitchen with every amenity you could need. Bill was a great host and provided excellent recommendations ideas for the area. Once you’ve settled in to the house- there’s no need to drive- the baseball games, shopping, local restaurants and more are all within walking distance. We loved Ridgevale beach and bringing home fresh swordfish from the pier. We are hoping to return to this special spot!

This property is a gem! Clean, stylish, ideal!

I cannot say enough kind things about the property or the owners. This is a beautiful furnished home, with room aplenty, in a location that truly can't be beat! I highly recommend this Chatham gem for anyone looking for a gorgeous, clean, convenient place to stay, on or off season.

You'll be amazed how quiet this street is, yet it is only a few strides from the Heart of Downtown Chatham. Chatham's downtown is considered the best on Cape Cod.
