Tillbringa din Chatham-semester på POOLEN! Detta underbara hem är bara några minuter till allt som Chatham har att erbjuda och har en lyxig saltvattenpool. Promenera till bad vid Oyster Pond, shoppa längs Main Street samt Friday Night Band-konserter och Chatham A: s spel. Det finns gott om bostadsyta, med två vardagsrum och stor trädgård. Sitta ute på verandan med ditt morgonkaffe innan du åker ut till stranden. Den privata trädgården erbjuder poolen och säkerhetskopierar till Chase Park, en mycket tyst park som är perfekt för promenader med din hund. Det har också extra parkering om du vill ha vänner över (vår uppfart rymmer cirka 4-5 bilar). De tre sovrummen ligger långt ifrån varandra: befälhavaren är på övervåningen, tvillinguppsättningen är på nedervåningen, och det tredje sovrummet ligger ovanför garaget. Detta härliga hem har allt!

This lovely Chatham home is welcoming. Very easy check-in, clean, the location of the bedrooms allows for privacy, and the common space/family room out to the deck and yard are terrific. This home is also pet friendly so we were able to bring our little buddy, too. The yard and grounds are amazing and the location is perfect - with easy access to Chase Park, downtown Chatham, Oyster Pond Beach – the Best of Chatham! Wonderful and responsive host. Thank you!

Location is an easy 5/5. The outdoor spaces are just as great, wonderful pool, very relaxing backyard. Kids had a great time. The house itself is functional, but past-due for some updating. Owners seem super nice, were really easy to deal with and accommodating.

We recently stayed at this property and had a mixed experience. The location is wonderful, close to everything we needed, and the outdoor space was a highlight of our trip. We especially enjoyed spending time outside, and the setting made it easy to relax.That said, there were a few things that didn’t quite meet our expectations. The overall cleanliness could have been better, as we noticed quite a bit of dog hair on the floors, which ended up all over our young children. A couple of items were in need of repair, including the smoke detector and the screen door, which made them unusable during our stay. Additionally, a few amenities that were listed in the property description, such as children’s beach toys, pool toys, and playground, weren’t available, which was a bit disappointing.With some attention to these details and additional home improvements, this property could be a fantastic stay. The potential is definitely there, and the location and outdoor space really make it special.

⸻We stayed for two weeks and had a wonderful time. The location is fantastic, and the backyard is truly a highlight — we especially enjoyed relaxing by the pool and being able to walk into town with ease. The home has a lot of charm, though there are a few areas that could benefit from some updates and added care. During our stay, the air conditioning struggled a bit to keep up with the summer heat and humidity in the main living areas. As with many older homes, some conveniences like bathroom outlets are limited, but overall, we had a lovely stay and appreciated all that the property and its surroundings had to offer.

Chatham Getaway

We had a wonderful time! The pool, in particular, was an attraction for my 4 year old granddaughter, but my son and 76 year old me also enjoyed it1 The location with its proximity to town and the Oyster Pond is excellent! Highly recommended!

Great Vacation

Robert the owner was an excellent host and did a number of nice touches to the poperty to make us feel welcome. The house has tons of space, was very clean and the pool was exceptional. We spent a lot of time in and around the pool. A great vacation!

Gorgeous park like yard

It was quite hot and humid during our stay. The air conditioning units and fans kept up with the heat. The pool is spectacular and huge, the yard and landscaping are breathtaking. It was so wonderful to hang out at the house and in the pool; we really didn't need to leave but were in walking distance to Oyster Pond, to town and to a playground for little ones. The inside of the house is old school and spacious, the beds comfy. We loved staying here. There were no issues we needed help with during our stay but the hosts were very responsive before and after; even offering to send a left behind item which we later found. Lovely!

Great Chatham home

Our July 4th week at this Chase Park home was wonderful. The pool and grounds are simply fantastic as is the property’s location. We spent beautiful mornings drinking coffee on the front porch amidst a sea of hydrangea. The owners were accessible and responsive. I would stay there again and would recommend it for families and couples.

Lovely week in Chatham

Our family enjoyed a lovely week in Chatham at the house and hope to rent it again next summer! The location can’t be beat - quiet and beautiful Chase Park right next door, less than 2 minute walk to Main Street, 5 minute walk to Oyster Pond, 15 minute walk to CVS & market, short drive to anywhere else you might want to go in Chatham/Brewster/Harwich/Orleans…but, the huge, well-groomed backyard with pool made us never want to leave the house! We also passed a few afternoons just relaxing on the front porch. Questions/concerns were immediately addressed by the owner. Very much enjoyed our time there.

The pool and back yard of this home are amazing and the proximity to town is perfect. The home itself is in older condition and the beds are older, etc. Could use a some new beds and furniture.

Best location

This was the perfect property for our family vacation. Couldn’t ask for a better location. Neighborhood was quiet, and we were able to walk into town, to the harbor, and to the beach. Loved having the pool as an option too. House was very nice and well appointed. Back yard was lovely and much bigger than we expected. Wished we could have stayed another week!

Spacious property, excellent location

My family recently stayed at this house while attending a family wedding in Chatham. The house itself was clean an very spacious, and we greatly enjoyed spending time in the beautifully manicured back yard. The location - walking distance to downtown and immediately adjacent to a park - was perfect for our needs. Our hosts were extremely responsive, and we would happily stay here again in the future!

Graduation Celebration trip to Mass.

We loved this property. It was unique in a lot of ways. We were unable to use the saltwater pool. It was opened, as promised, but the weather did not cooperate - too cool. There were a few very minor housekeeping issues that the host addressed immediately - went a bit above what was necessary (in our opinion) in fact. This was our first time to Cape Cod, and the accomodations could not have been better for us.

We can recommend many fun things and wonderful places to eat.
Many improvements going on throughout the property: new carpets, new floor in the kitchen, new stove, and a new washer/dryer, new vanities in the bathrooms. Wonderful old fashioned front porch to enjoy a good book and a cup of coffee or a cocktail, garage, living room with pullout queen sofabed and large flat screen television with expanded cable, wireless internet, well stocked kitchen and so much more!

Additional amenities include: iron & board, lobster pot, parking: 6 cars, pool type: private pool, air conditioning a/c: window or wall, heat, complex, coffee pot: keurig & drip, vacuum, outdoor furniture, television, washer & dryer, patio umbrella. Much more!!
