Perfect home for our 4 day stay

Communication was great. House was clean and as described. Boat/trailer parking was great. Comfortable rooms. House had everything we needed. Would stay again.

Comfortable Living

My wife and I very much enjoyed Daniels Home. We stay at a lot of VRBO rentals, but this was probably the best stocked one yet, for everything. I felt a little embarrassed that I had taken up room in my luggage for good sharp knives, full sized cups and other things I deem essential, as the rental was not the bare bones affair that I have become accustomed to. If you like to do your own cooking , this is the home to consider. There was plenty of hand sanitizer , to get us started out and the home was very clean .We were a little concerned about road noise when we saw that it was on a main road, but once in the home, we could not hear any vehicles. The rental itself, felt like I had not left Home, it is modern, roomy, and has a nice kitchen lay out. The master bedroom is on one end of the house, and the guest bedroom is on the other end, which is perfect for most situations. The master shower is a work of art. The front and the back of the home provide lounging areas that are spacious and have plenty of seating. I used the putting green just enough to remind me why I don't play golf. My wife and I both agreed that Daniels home was on that we could rent for a month or more, and be perfectly happy. Thanks for letting us stay at your home, K and J from Alaska

Nice home!

The split bedroom floor plan was perfect for us and our family. Even though it is on a somewhat busy street, it was very quiet. We found it best to back into the driveway to make it easier when leaving, as sometimes there was quite a bit of traffic which made it difficult to back out into the street. The grocery store was very close, and it was just a short drive to London Bridge. We would stay here again!

Beautiful clean house

The house was very clean and nicely decorated. It had everything we needed. We enjoyed the fire pit out front and being so close to everything. Will definitely stay again!

Great house close to everything

Great property with beaches, London Bridge and downtown only a few miles away. The kitchen is well-equipped and the beds were comfortable. We will definitely look to stay here during our next trip to Lake Havasu.

Trip cut short

Everything was good, but because of Covid 19 we had to cut our stay short. We were to book out on the 22nd but left on Wednesday March 18.. not sure if we will get any reimbursement for the 4 days..

Better than expected!

This home is exceptional! It is extremely clean, and shows as an 11/10! It is better than the pictures for sure and that shower, wow! It is so welcoming, and you cannot beat the value! I will definitely recommend to friends and I’m sorry I only booked for two nights. Havasu has lots to offer for the outdoors man, don’t hesistate to stay here!

Great for our short weekend

Clean, well-stocked and exactly as listed. This was the perfect place for our small family and a fur baby while we were in town. (Nice enclosed back yard.) Quiet place with all the essentials. We'd book again! Thanks to Dan for your hospitality!

Great get away.

I would like to say thank you to Dan. This was or first time using the vrbo to rent a home. So I called dan a few day in advance just to see what was expected of us when we got there. Dan went through and explained how it work and what we need to do. When we walked In it was exactly as he said. It was very clean and cool even. The gated side yard was great for boat storage. This was a great first experience for us. Thanks Dan. We will be back again soon.

LITTLE GEM

We had a great time once again in Havasu City. The online exterior photo does not do this cozy gem justice. Very clean and all the extras included. This home very comfortably accommodated our group of 4 adults, my two little grandchildren and my 13 year old son. There is a cute day bed that my grand children shared and a guest room that sleeps two adults and the master is awesome with a california king bed. My 13 yr old Son just rolled out his sleeping bag and was quite comfortable in the huge master bedroom with us. I have to say that the master bath was beautiful with a walk in shower that had a built in seating area should you wish to relax after a long day on the water. All linen, towels, bedding ect... was very clean and this has been a concern in previous homes that we have stayed at. Dan was very quick to reply when we had any questions. One of the best assets of this home was that we had a long, gated driveway to park the truck and the boat without having to unhitch the boat. We also had a regular driveway to accommodate our car. If I had to note a negative on this review the only thing I could say is that the street can get a little busy when trying to pull out or backing in the truck with the boat but that is no biggie. I really enjoyed this home and would definitely come back again....We have stayed at 4 homes in Havasu through VRBO and this is in the top 2!!!

Wonderful vacation home

Havasu Getaway

What is spacious home. The place was very clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. It is too bad we did not have time in the evening to sit by the fire pit on the front patio. It looked so cozy. We will definitely go back again.

Worked for us!

We enjoyed our stay and were very happy with the house and location. Previous renters left behind condiments, seasonings and paper products, so we didn't have to go out and buy things like salt and pepper and ketchup. The house is on a fairly busy street with a lot of traffic, but we weren't bothered by that, unless sitting in the front yard by the gas fire pit.The master bath is sort of odd, very low toilet and unique layout, but not horrible. It was also nice to be able to do laundry. I would stay again if ever back in lake havasu

Locked thermostat

For the money this place was great. Bed and couches were comfortable. The shower was beautiful. However the shower head only half worked, which was disappointing because the shower was the selling point for me. Plus a new showerhead is a cheap repair. The back yard is pretty and has some wonderful trees and plants. We were able to make some amazing food on the pellet smoker. But there is also a huge falling apart broken down hot tub and grill in the yard. This property was very pros and cons the entire trip but the one thing that would have me never book again is the locked thermostat. YOU CAN NOT CONTROL THE TEMPERATURE OF THE HOUSE!

Very comfortable and cozy place. Well kept and neat.

Really enjoyed our stay. The weather was terrible during our stay so we spent more time inside the house watching movies and reading books. Very comfortable. Plenty of options on TV. The only downside was house is on a busy street so a fair amount of traffic noise. Other than that no complaints. Would definitely stay there again.

Clean, comfortable and accommodating.

This was our third vacation rental in Lake Havasu. By far, this home provided the most comfortable surroundings, the best kitchen area and appliances, comfortable beds and roomy spaces. The home is well stocked for everyday needs and has a true feel of a clean, well cared for home. There are outdoor seating areas in the front and rear of the home. The front area offers a fire pit and whimsical colored lighting. The area in back of the home is large with a putting green. We were the first guests to use the new grill and it was fantastic !! We would like to thank our host, Dan, for his gracious hospitality and his availability to respond to our questions and welcome us. Comfortable, well maintained, relaxing

This was our third rental property in Lake Havasu. By far, this property presented the most relaxing atmosphere. It was clearly well taken care of and had all the conveniences of home. The living spaces were spacious and accommodating both inside and out. Our host was most gracious and responded to our questions in short order. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a Lake Havasu getaway. Cherie and Grg.
