Var vår gäst! Bo i ett hem - inte en semesteruthyrning. Detta är vårt andra hem som vi för närvarande gör tillgängliga ibland för uthyrning. Som sådan har det allt du kan förvänta dig att stanna som gäst hos en vän, inte det bara minimum som många semesterbostäder har. Vi är stolta över att hålla den möblerad med en hälsosam startförsörjning av pappersvaror inklusive vävnader i varje rum, extra toalettpapper och pappershanddukar, pappersplattor, skålar och plastvaror, pappersservetter och pappersmuggar. Vi har en "i fall ditt glömde" korg i huvudbadrummet med toalettartiklar och sömnadssats. Vi uppmuntrar till att betala fram filosofi med tvättmedel, solskyddsmedel och rengöringsmaterial. Ofta räcker det att se dig genom hela din vistelse. Vi erbjuder extra handdukar för poolen.

Detta nyckfullt inredda 3BR, 2BA hem är ett andra (övre) våningshus i Oakwater Resort i Kissimmee. Anläggningen ligger bara 2 mil från Walt Disney World och gångavstånd till en ny Super Walmart. De utrymmen på 1400 kvadratmeter har en 55-tums platt-TV i vardagsrummet med en Blue Ray / DVD-spelare och ljudfält som möjliggör anslutning till Netflix, Pandora och andra strömningstjänster. Alla sovrum har 32 "platt-TV med DVD-spelare och Rokus, klockradio med USB-kompatibilitet och lampor på Båda sidorna av sängen. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng, eget badrum och skjutdörrar till trädgårdsutsikten. Det finns ett drottning sovrum och ett sovrum med två enkelsängar. Tvättstugan har tvättmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek. Köket är fullt möblerat med porslin, glas och porslin för 8 personer samt krukor, kastruller, sil, salladspinner, bakplåt, ett överflöd av köksredskap, platsmatta, tygservetter och kökshanddukar. Köket har både kaffebryggare av keurig och dropp, brödrost, mixer, crock pot och elektrisk mixer. Vi har också ett urval av pocketböcker och DVD-skivor. Det finns gratis trådlöst internet och gratis lokal- och fjärrsamtal inom USA och Kanada. Oakwater Resort är ett gated resort community med en stor uppvärmd pool med noll entré, badtunna, splash fontän, tennisbana, pickleboll, basketboll och lekplats. Klubbhuset har ett fitnesscenter, spelrum, conciergeservice och turistinformation. Klubbhuset erbjuder gratis kaffe varje morgon och har glass och snacks att köpa.

Perfect space for our Disney vacation

Location is perfect. Traffic is always a nightmare, but our first Disney Day was only a 6 minute commute! And while the Walmart next down the block is a literal nightmare, this community is a dream. So quiet! We never heard anybody the whole week! The unit is upstairs, so don't pick it if stairs are an issue for you. Generally very clean, but ran into a couple spots (behind doors, inside dresser drawers) that I had to wipe down. Read instructions on ceiling fans first, don't just assume you know how to work it. Everything we needed was there, just had to pick up some laundry soap and some add'l paper towels. It was a great stay that we highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay. Location is great and close to tons of activities. The place was so homey, clean, well stocked, and comfortable. An amazing place to go “home” to after a long day! 10/10 would recommend!

Cozy condo located close to all the parks

Most importantly, the condo was clean and close to all the Disney parks (within 12 minutes). Its a little further from the Universal parks (30 minutes) and SeaWorld (20 minutes) but still very manageable. The layout of the Condo is good and its well decorated so that you feel very relaxed after a long day at the parks. The master bedroom and bathroom are very large which is nice. The neighborhood seemed very quiet. We didn't hear a peep from neighbors the entire time we were there. The pool area was excellent and the lady working at the clubhouse was very nice when we picked up the parking pass. The condo is very close to a Wal-Mart however it was unbearably crowded every time we were there. I wouldn't recommend going near closing time (11pm). We made that mistake only once. There's a Target that's not too far away. If you have the time, I would recommend driving over there instead. Overall the condo was a great place to stay and I would stay there again.

Gorgeous clean property

We always stay at Oakwater when we come to Disney. This property has been our favorite so far. It’s quite close to the pool and very clean. The owners provided extras we had packed such as sunscreen and toiletries. They even had a fridge full of water bottles! Will be staying again no doubt!

Great communication and super easy place to stay close to all parks. Comfortable beds and great place to get a good nights sleep after long, hot day at the parks. Will stay again if travel plans take us to Orlando. Thanks for making our trip great.

We really enjoyed our stay. We had everything we needed to prepare breakfast before spending the day at the parks. The beds were very comfortable to rest after a long day of walking at the parks. This was the 2nd time staying in this unit. We would stay here again.

Very Clean, Great location!

We really enjoyed staying here. The communication was great and made the check in process simple. The condo is really clean, roomy, and has everything that you need. The pool is really nice as well! The location is great, we felt safe and we loved having Walmart right next door, there are also lots of food places close by. Disneyworld was just a short drive away. We will definitely stay here again next time we come to Orlando!

Perfect and peaceful!

We had a great weekend getaway for my daughters 21st birthday. This is a very nice townhome with easy access to everything. It is a peaceful, residential home which was so nice after a busy day at the parks. We will definitely be back for more getaways.

Fabulous Place!

We were in Florida for vacation and for our daughter's AAU Volleyball tournament. The townhouse was a perfect place for us! Very comfy and cozy, so many amenities and supplies provided, and a great location--close to Walmart and lots of restaurants. Entry into the gated community is very quick and easy, nice clubhouse with friendly staff, pool, and fitness room. Townhouse was very clean and wonderfully decorated. Really made you feel like you were at home. Owners are very friendly, responsive, and offers a discount for longer stays. This was a very welcome surprise which was much appreciated! Really loved our stay and hope to return! Aloha and Mahalo!

Awesome townhouse!

The townhouse is very clean and welcoming! Everything is provided! Great place for stay with kids. The kids loved the pool! I recommend this place. Owners are very responsive! This will be an unforgettable trip! By the way....Disney world is just minutes away and not far of a drive!

Perfect for us

Everything we needed was there. Walmart is only a short walk away and fast food places are within a 10 minute drive. We even ended up going to the beach which was about an hour drive. We will definitely be back.

The Place to Relax

It was perfect for us, and the furnishings were more than expected or needed. Our party of 3 from Kentucky (father, daughter, son-in-law) needed a visit with 83 yr old twin brother (w/cancer) & wife. After hi-lighting all the entry codes on the welcome letter it was a wonderful opportunity to be there...including the screened porch. If a return trip is possible, this location will be our first consideration. Even the framed comments on the staircase were worth a photo.

Cheer competition

We were in town for a cheer competition and this place was perfect for us. Conveniently located to Wal-Mart and about a 7-10 minute drive to Disney. It was perfect for myself and three teenagers!! I would definitely stay again.

If you have any question about how to get the most of your stay, we are happy to answer any questions you may have. We are Disney Vacation Club Members and Annual Pass holders. We manage our own unit and encourage guests to call us if they have any issues.

Oakwater Resort is a lovely full service resort, that has the amenities of a large resort, but the ambiance and tranquility of a smaller resort. Our home is furnished not as a vacation home, but as our second residence with many extras for your living comfort and convenience.
