This was a great location. Plenty of space and it took us less than 15 minutes to any of the parks. The community had everything we needed. Thanks for our Disney Dream; we’ll be dreaming of coming back again soon.

Great place to stay!

The unit was conveniently located (barely 10 minutes to any of the Disney parks), clean, and exactly as described in the listing. I’ll be looking at it’s availability for my next trip to Orlando.

Pet friendly and close to Disney! This is the only place we want to stay at when coming to Florida. We love the resort and the proximity to everywhere we want to go. The condo is always well appointed and immaculate upon arrival and communication with Maury is always timely. A perfect place to stay!

Great Disney Vacation

We stayed here as part of our Disney/Florida vacation in June of 2023. The Condo was clean and in a convenient location to all needed stores.

Another Great Stay

The property was exactly as expected and described yet again. 10 minutes from the Disney Parks with every restaurant and shopping center just around the corner on Irlo Bronson is a hard location to beat!

Another Perfect Stay!

This is the only place we look at when we are coming to Florida. We have stayed here multiple times and it is our home away from home while we were on vacation. It’s close to the parks and activities, has a beautiful pool and all the amenities of home… Always a perfect experience when we stay here!

The place was exactly as described!!! Super Clean and close to everything!!! The pool/hot tub/clubhouse was perfect for our stay and we used it every day. We will definitely be looking to stay here again !

Was exactly as listed and owner very easy to contact and always helpful. Having visited from Scotland around 6 times, I'd say by far that this condo was most accurate to listing details, very comfortable and cant say there are many you would find closer to Disney parks. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

The property was very clean. The owner was extremely responsive and quick to respond as well. The property was exactly as advertised and very comfortable. It was perfect for our vacation needs. The Walmart down the street was super helpful too!

Our Best Stay Ever In Florida!

We absolutely loved staying at this condo! The communication about check in and check out as well as any questions we had were responded to promptly. The condo exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness layout and proximity to everywhere we wanted to go. It was also nice to be able to go to a unit where our pet was allowed to stay with us. This will absolutely be our first choice of condo on our next trip to Central Florida.

Family Getaway

Nice, clean and conveniently located to Disney (15 minute drive) but a little further to Universal (35 minute drive) but still close as it's mostly interstate highway. Everything was as presented in the ad and the owner was very accessible for my questions before our arrival. We had no issues with anything in the condo, everything work properly. Nice property all together!

Another Amazing Stay!

This was our 2nd time here and it was just as perfect as our 1st! The condo is always immaculate, has everything we need and close proximity to all of our activities. This is absolutely our favorite place to book when we are in Florida. The pool and gym are close by and there is a Walmart right next door for groceries and shopping. Maury always responds promptly and has been a kind and considerate host. Disney is less than 10 minutes and there is plenty of food options and things to do within a quick drive. We will be back!

I'll give the condo a 5, but the community a 4.This condo is the first time I've had a property look exactly like the pictures. It was so clean, and the best stocked kitchen I've ever had. I cook a lot when traveling to save money and it was so nice to have what I needed. Plenty of space for our family of 4. The mattress in the primary bedroom was one of the most comfortable we have ever slept on. We are sad we forgot to look what the brand was. Hint for those who stay in the future there is a broom and vacuum in the garage. I wasn't going in because I was trying to be respectful of not using it as an exit and actually bought a broom myself. I personally would have loved the coffee pot to be a Keurig (or other brand single cup) and a full length mirror, but those are just my preferences and not impacting how comfortable this rental was. As for the community, it's very quiet, and clean, but the amenities at the club house are run down. The pool and hot tub aren't the cleanest. We were disappointed with the lack of upkeep overall with all the outside amenities. Overall, this was a great place for us to stay and was a nice place to come back to after a long day.

Maury was an excellent host. Great pricing on long term stay we needed to work remotely, close on house and wife and kids enjoy time at Disney.

We loved everything about our stay.

The condo was just as described. Pictures are accurate and condo was sooo clean. The beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and the condo is very convenient to all of the parks. The gated community felt safe and we did enjoy one day by the pool. Maury communicated everything we needed to know and I would absolutely stay at this location again. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home!

Oakwater Resort Kissimmee

Everything about this property was as stated in the VRBO description. Very clean, all appliances worked and the check-in/check out procedure was flawless. The best was how close we were to Disney, only took 10-20 minutes to get to our destinations and back to condo after park closed.

Wonderful rental close to Disney and Universal

This condo was so clean and comfortable, and it was just minutes from Disney and only a short 30 minutes from Universal. There was one issue with one of the beds in the third bedroom, but the owner responded immediately to my messages and everything was sorted out (and it wasn’t the fault of the owner, but rather a mistake on the part of the cleaning company). We enjoyed the pool on our days off from the theme parks, and the Wal Mart nearby was great for picking up groceries and essentials. We had a wonderful trip and would return!

Wundervolles Appartement in Top-Lage

- Das Appartement war sauber und mit allen notwendigen Dingen ausgestattet - In der Anlage ist es sehr ruhig und die Poolanlage großzügig mit Liegen rund um den Pool ausgestattet - Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein, ein Walmart liegt so nah, dass man ihn zu Fuss erreichen kann, dafür gibt es sogar ein eigenes Gate - Die Freizeitparks sind von hier aus schnell zu erreichen Jederzeit gerne wieder, wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Perfect location

This was a perfect location for my family. My son's AAU team was playing at ESPN Wide World of Sports and it literally took us less than 10 minutes to get there. The place was clean, conveniently located to restaurants and stores. My son was on the other side of the condo doing his thing and I was on the other side. The space was big enough for us both to exist and not be on top of each other. I would definitely stay here again.
