The space is very cozy, rustic (while still having all the modern conveniences), and has a cool vibe. Perfect for a weekend get away with easy proximity to Lancaster City. Julia is a very communicative host with wonderful recommendations. Top of the list is Trolley Line Coffee - one of the best Americanos I’ve ever had. We would definitely recommend it and stay there again.

Such an adorable place! It feels much more spacious and even cozier than the pictures let on. The host was super accommodating and responsive. Lots of good eating spots very nearby!

The host is super friendly and always responsive. Perfect size for our girls trip! The only downfall is the entrance is sliding glass doors with sheer curtains- beautiful to let the sun in during the day, could use a bit more privacy at night.

Clean, comfy, and kind...visited for travel soccer tournament. Likely to return when we are in the area again...our boys said, "let's never stay in a hotel again, this is way more fun". :-)

We enjoyed a great 2 night stay. Host was very responsive and helpful for everything related to the space and recommendations on local things to do. I would stay here again and recommend staying here to anyone needing a spot near Lancaster for a few days. Thanks!

So cute and cozy. Excellent communication. Walking in the cemetery with the house ouija board was so fun. Traversing the ladder was not an issue even under the influence.

Sadly, the host wasn’t quite ready to let us in during our check in time. 30 mins after our check in time we got to enter and get settled. Some of the decor was a little unsettling with sheer see through curtains across all windows and an ouija board with the board games. Couch is comfy to sleep on, but the ladder up to the bed is very thin and hurts your feet, despite it being padded. Otherwise, the kitchen had everything you would need for a weekend stay and it was quite clean.

From the moment I stepped into this space, my soul felt instantly at peace! This was supposed to be a quick stay, and I left wanting more time there. The location is perfectly private, with all the necessary amenities to "disconnect" with confidence. The shower temp exceeded my expectations and added to my peace.Centrally located, comfortable furniture, hot coffee, and eclectic decor show the pride of ownership and Julia's thoughtfulness!I am definitely returning for a longer stay — thank you!

This was a very cozy place to stay for the weekend. My son had a basketball tournament at Spooky Nook, was within a 10 minute drive there. It had all the nessecities to cook breakfast and dinner. Price per night was great, also has a nice deck to sit on. Would definitely book here again if we come back next year!
