Pennsy Ridge Hideaway: Relax in our centrally-located wooded retreat w/ hot tub

Come hideaway in our country retreat in the middle of 14 acres of wooded peacefulness. Enjoy wildlife from a window or from one of two decks while you are still located close to tourist attractions like Strasburg Railroad and minutes from the oldest, continuing farmers' market, Central Market and numerous hiking trails at state parks or conservancies.
Our family has lived here for over twenty years and we would love to share it with visitors. Whether you're a history buff, a adventurer, a shopper, or you're just looking for a little time to rest and restore yourself, our slice of nature is the perfect place to relax.

Note: there is a doorbell camera at the front door.

A superb property - exceptionally clean and very well equipped with everything you could possibly need! The location was perfect for exploring the local area and further afield and the hot tub was an added bonus for relaxing in the evenings.

My grandparents stayed for their anniversary. They had a minor issue with the door lock but the host was quick to come over and help. They enjoyed their stay.

Cozy getaway

The property was very cozy and welcoming. We found the kitchen to be well stocked and we appreciated being able to use the gas grill out on the deck. The hot tub was a huge plus as well. Overall, it was exactly what we were looking for in a place to relax and unwind for a few days.

Great place to stay

The place was perfect for the 3 of us. Many extras that were left for our use which were totally unexpected such as the whoopie pies and the coffee bar set up which left nothing that any of us needed or wanted. The hot tub being ready for our daily use was terrificexceptional seeing it was October.

Stunningly Beautiful

The property was beautiful and tucked just enough away to be quiet, quaint and relaxing. The house was clean and the owners provided all basic necessities and more. It's just an hour away from home, but worth it to get away for a few days. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful wooded paradise

We loved Pennsy Ridge Hideaway! The hot tub was great way to relax after day trips to Hershey, Gettysburg and Sight and Sound. The kitchen was fully equipped and the washer and dryer looked brand new. Hiking around the property with our boys was fun on the low key days.

Secluded Getaway

Angie's guest house was an amaing place to get away with the family for the weekend. The living room area is spacious and open. The views from the windows was amazing. The hot tub was the best part. The kids LOVED the hot tub. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to just relax and take a break from busy city life.

Quaint Hideway on a Hill With Hot Tub!

This place is super nice and clean inside. My wife and two Grandkids had plenty of room to be comfortable in our own separate spaces. It has a nice kitchen and coffee mess area. There is a nice deck with seating for 6 at a table and of course the wonderful hot tub with lights! Beds are comfortable and the living room is adequate with a very large flat screen TV. Plenty of hot water with good showers and water pressure. Easy access to the highways and the general Lancaster area. We were pleased to meet the host on arrival; she was very nice and accommodating. We highly recommend Pennsy Ridge for your Lancaster getaway!

Our stay was phenomenal! The host thought of everything that would make a stay outstanding. From the wonderful hot tub to the well stocked coffee bar, plus the quiet solitude of the location - I must say it was one of our most relaxing vacations to date. We have put a lot of time into making it our own and continue to enjoy making improvements. We have always taken solace in the outdoors which is what drew us to make it our home. We share this with our daughter and two Newfoundland dogs.
