Perched atop Nob Hill, directly across from The Fairmont and Mark Hopkins Hotel, this home is full of charm. Not only is Nob Hill one of the most prestigious neighborhoods in San Francisco, but it's central location is walking distance to Union Square, North Beach, The Ferry Building, and much more. This two bedroom, one bath home offers high end finishes throughout. Features include chef's appliances, heated bathroom floors, dual shower heads and water jets.
On the ground level of a 4 unit Edwardian, designed by famous architect Willis Polk, this historic building is known as "4 at the top" and is a gem in the heart of San Francisco.
Centrally located to everything, this flat is one of a kind and not to be missed! Flat has a large, primary bedroom with work space and privacy. There is a second bedroom which you can access by a European style staircase below the unit. You have access to the entire unit which includes a bathroom with heated floors, dual showers, and wall-mounted jets. There is also a full kitchen with Wolf range, Sub-Zero fridge, and Bosch dishwasher. There is also the living room which also includes a dining space with table, and television with cable. I love hosting travelers from near and far to show them what San Francisco has to offer. It is one of the best cities in the world and I can't wait for you to have an incredible experience during your stay.
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
Nob Hill is one of the most sought after places to live in San Francisco. What I love about this neighborhood is that is so walkable, or you can enjoy the trek via the iconic cable car to Fisherman's Wharf, Union Square, and the Ferry Building. There is a beautiful park you can enjoy just a couple blocks from the flat, Huntington Park, to decompress and sit by the fountain. There arts are also always alive here. Whether it be the ballet, opera, symphony, or Broadway show, San Francisco always has something to do. For sports fans, the Giants stadium and Warriors stadium are easily accessible via public transportation or a lovely long walk. Being on the top of Nob Hill has incredible ambience with not to be missed views from the hill. Book with me and come see all what San Francisco has to offer.
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
What I love about my flat is it's located in such an amazing location. When I stay at the flat I love that I can pop out from my secured lane and head to the local coffee shop and take stroll in the park just two minutes away. The flat is tucked away amongst the major hotels of the Fairmont and the Mark Hopkins hotel and all the hustle bustle of the city. The ringing of the cable cars and Grace Cathedral is an added bonus to feel like you are a true San Franciscan and I would love to pass along that experience to my guests.
