Very close to all of the Disney Parks. We did not get to enjoy the amenities, but the pool looked clean and the gym had about 15 pieces to choose from for workouts. The homes were clean and very spacious, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again if given the chance.

Summer Trip

Lovely property in a gated community. House is clean and just as described. We really enjoyed the space. We were an all ladies trip and 2.5 bathrooms was like a gift morning prep. Close to parks and tourist sites. Highly recommend.

Second time staying here! Really close to all things Disney! Walmart nearby. Loved the pools. Nice little community to walk around in. Quick response from owner when sending questions or concerns we had. Would stay again

Great Relaxing Stay

This was a great property located in a quiet part of a beautiful development. It is awesome for parks, activities, and dining in the Orlando area because it is so central. The amenities and care of the home is obvious and we had such an amazing time. Communication was wonderful throughout the entire process. Thank you!

Hidden gem of Kissimmee

Honestly was skeptical of the property for the price but after our visit, I’ll definitely return. Tucked off from the main strip but literally close enough to feel as if you’re right there. Could use a couple updates with the beds and master bed tv but nothing to sway away from. If you want a affordable place to stay with the amenities you’d pay well over 1800 a week for, this is the place for you!

Wonderful Christmas stay.

The property is just as described. Gate was broken off and in (not owners fault) We got locked out one day but owner was very fast to respond and got us in very fast. Nice neighborhood. Beds were only average comfort level. Owner was very responsive.

Our 1st Orlando/Disney trip

Our stay at this hidden gem was absolutely wonderful! My whole family truly enjoyed ourselves! The home is way better than the photos showed. Everything was absolutely beautiful from the front of home to the lay out of the home. The balcony over looking the back was so peaceful after a long day at Disney. We enjoyed everything! We are so thankful that opened your home so our family felt like it was our home. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your happy place!☺️

Mostly good?

The stay was ok for the price. However, it was not properly listed. The listing says 3 bathrooms with a shower in each. There are only 2 showers. It says it sleeps 8. I was told in an email from the host that the couch sleeps 2. It doesn't. I slept on it. Horrible! There is no way to keep a sheet on it. It slides off while sleeping. The comforter was too large and the weight causes it to fall off. It is too narrow for an adult. It should be replaced with a pullout sofa to sleep 2. The refrigerator door swings the wrong direction. Inconvenient. That is a simple fix. I was tempted to do it myself. The main floor powder room needs a hand towel. There were 2 large bath towels even though there was no shower. There were 2 kitchen hand towels but no dish towel. Can openers and scissors did not work. There was no pizza cutter. There was no paring knife and no other knife to chop onions, etc., and most knives were dull. The outdated, mismatched style of decor and dishes I could tolerate for the price, however. I was happy with cleanliness and rental process. The grounds of the complex were beautiful. Checking person was welcoming.

You get what you pay for

We booked this property for a very reasonable rate. The positives--it was in a great location, roomy, and had all necessary accoutrements. When we did encounter a difficulty (one of the two showers was non-functional, missing the pin to pull to turn it on), the property manager was quickly responsive and had it fixed same-day. The negatives--it was definitely dated, the bedding was beyond threadbare--pilly and itchy to sleep on, and the whole place but especially the carpet was desperately in need of a very deep cleaning--sticky and very dirty. The resort itself is quite nice, though the amenities weren't quite as advertised--the hot tub most accessible to the unit was out of service for most of our stay, and the other was not fully functional, either.

Great stay according to expectations

Nice townhouse located in a resort community, clean, quiet and safe surroundings with nice pool area close by. Enough space for 6 persons, we were only four so it felt really cozy. Everything we needed was available. Queen size bed felt small but it was comfortable. Somewhat outdated appliances but we were out for dining. The patio was really small so you cannot spend much time sitting outside of the house, but for us it was OK as we spent most of our time not in the house. I recommended it and i would consider returning back to this house again.

We enjoyed our stay. Townhouse was clean. Beds were comfortable. Close to Disney :) Only suggestion is to also provide pool/beach towels. They take up a lot of space in luggage when flying. We look forward to staying here again.

happy with the unit

we stayed for the month of January. Very happy. Planning on coming again. We had no problem with only a queen size bed, but some people will see that as a problem. Clean and the whole area was well kept.

The rooms were large, the kitchen and bathrooms were well accommodated, and it was right around the corner to reach the second pool and hot tub.

Emerald island resort

Comfortable property in a good location to theme parks. Only downside was closeness of the toll road however it did not take long to get used to the traffic noise.

Nice place, plenty of room to spread out, close to attractions

The condo was clean and well decorated. The main TV doesn’t have cable but we used our accounts from Prime and other services for TV. House was close to all thr major attractions, quiet neighborhood.

Wonderful Stay

The property was well taken care of. The facilities at the location, two pools, a club house and food and beverage were much appreciated. Close to Disney and Universal Studios. Excellent Pricing and would definitely stay there again if in the area!
