Very clean!! A TON of beach accessories: umbrellas, beach blanket, lots of chairs. Would bring extra blankets not many provided. View of the beach from balcony!

Our first time to stay in This place and the unit meet our expectation. We truly enjoyed our stay . The place is very clean and view from the balcony is amazing! We watched most of our sunsets and sunrise there . We highly recommend this place.

This was a last-minute stay and we were completely blown away by this experience. From the ease of check in, communication from the management company, cleanliness of this gorgeous condo and fully stocked kitchen, It was nothing short of perfect mini vacay! We've already booked for this fall and can't wait to come back!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this condo! From the moment we walked in, it felt clean, welcoming, and beautifully maintained. Everything was exactly as pictured, and the condo had plenty of space for our family to relax comfortably after long days at the beach.The location was one of our favorite parts. It was just minutes from the beach, restaurants, shopping, and family attractions, making it incredibly convenient without ever feeling overcrowded. We especially loved being able to get to everything so quickly.The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals, the beds were comfortable, and the entire condo was spotless. We also appreciated all the thoughtful touches that made us feel at home.The property itself was wonderful. The pools were clean and perfect for both the kids and adults, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful, safe, and family-friendly. Our children had an incredible time, and we made so many wonderful memories during our stay.The host was responsive, friendly, and made the entire booking and check-in process seamless. You can tell they genuinely care about providing a great experience for their guests.This was one of the best family vacations we’ve had, and staying here played a huge part in that. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and memorable Miramar Beach getaway!

This property was amazing and well worth the money! The host (Alex) was so polite and responded quickly to any questions I had during my stay. The condo is beautiful and is exactly as it is shown in the photos. You can tell that the host has put a great deal of time and love into this condo. The furniture was all clean and comfortable and the decorations were beautiful! The ceiling fans in each room were such a nice touch and helped to keep the rooms nice and cool without cranking up the air conditioning. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with pretty much everything we needed. The view is wonderful was the location is perfect. The entire Ariel Dunes 1 complex is a great place, parking was easy and simple and the pool was never too crowded. This was my first visit to Miramar beach and if I ever return I will try to book this condo again!
