Our private vacation home offers a private beach to dip your toes in the blue waters of the Pacific Ocean; exercise facilities; pools; hot tubs; ping pong; pool table; walking areas for you and your pet; and a very large walk out balcony patio, with spectacular views, up and down the coast.
As soon as you open the door to your 2300+ sqft Penthouse style Executive Retreat, it shouts out âHome of the Oceanâ! You canât help but melt away the hustle and bustle of your daily life and slide into a realm of calm and inner peace... Your home on the ocean offers a large Master Suite with King bed, private bath and has its own access to the ocean view balcony. Our home is more than comfortable for a party of 6, having a large guest bedroom with Queen bed, a luxury style Queen size couch bed and a second full bath. Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
Case De La Ocean is part of the Calafia Condominium community. It sits atop a bluff right on the Pacific Ocean. It is a very safe gated and guarded community. Rosarito offers great food and friendly people. The peace and tranquility of our location, yet nice proximity to shopping, restaurants, wineries and oceanside golf, makes this a great destination for a long term stay-cation, or an extended romantic getaway.
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
Our property is unique because it is secluded, yet a quick drive to the action. You can do all the touristie things and then when you are done, you can retreat to the ocean for privacy. While no beaches in Baja are considered private, Calafia Condominiums offers access to its own beach that only residents of the community can readily access. It truly is a private beach for our resort style community.
