Kom och njut av vÄrt andra familjehem! BelÀget i gated San Antonio Del Mar, Àr Rosarito ett kullerstensat strandgemenskap med park, restauranger och 24 timmars privat sÀkerhet. Casa de Bahia ligger bara 30 minuters bilresa lÀngs kusten. Huset ilokated 4 miles norr om Rosarita stranden och 20 minuter frÄn San Diego grÀnsen.

Huset namngavs för sin djupa utsikt över Stilla havet och delfinerna som Àr en hÀftklammer för besökare. Följ vÄra trappor ner i bluffen (och över tre nivÄer av uteplatser-det lÀgsta med en funktionell drivved eldplats) och nÄ privat tillgÄng till stranden. Platsen Àr utmÀrkt för simning, surfing och till och med fiske.

BekvÀm, mysig och ren, huset Àr en tvÄ vÄningar Baja pÀrla. PÄ övervÄningen finns tre sovrum: tvÄ rum med queen size-sÀngar, ett mysigt rum med en tvilling, 2 utdragbara soffor i vardagsrummet och sovrummet. Den nedre privata sovrummet har en fantastisk utsikt över vattnet och eget badrum och uteplats tillgÄng. Köket Àr fullt utrustat och bekvÀmt för att njuta av familje mÄltider. PÄ översta vÄningen finns en liten uteplats med bÀrbar och inbyggd grill. Huset har bÄde Wifi och en fast telefon.

San Antonio del Mar Àr vÀrd 800 hus, med en blandning av heltid mexikanska och amerikanska invÄnare samt semesterfirare. Gemenskapen har flera bekvÀmligheter-simbassÀnger och tennisbanor i södra Ànden och ett litet affÀrsomrÄde och park nÀra huset pÄ norra punkten. Bara fem minuters promenad frÄn huset finns tvÄ stadsdelar restauranger och en destination fin restaurang, en yoga studio och en bekvÀmlighet butik. Gemenskapen Àr tillgÀnglig via tvÄ utgÄngar frÄn vÀgtullvÀgen, vilket gör vÀgen till bÄde Rosarito och USA mycket lÀtt.

This is a lovely house, and our favorite in San Antonio Del Mar. We have stayed in multiple houses and this one is one of the best. Irina is a fabulous host, responsive and very reasonable. We love San Antonio Del Mar for a quick getaway from San Diego, and love this house.You won't be disappointed, great views of the ocean, direct access to the beach and very nice finishes. Can't wait to go back!!

Love San Antonio del Mar

A great place on the ocean for walks, breezes and beauty. The multiple porches are amazing and it's walking distance to Mata Ashta which is an amazing restaurant with entertainment.

First time renting here and it won't be my last

The view from the house was beautiful. Loved waking up to the sound of the waves every morning. The beach access and the outdoor space were the best part of the house. The community had a security check in so we felt safe. Ill definitely be coming back again.

Very comfortable and quiet.

My family and I visited and really enjoyed our stay. The house is just as described and the neighborhood is very quiet. Irina responded to our inquiries promptly and was very welcoming. Following her instructions was very easy with the way she explained everything.

Fun family vacation

Had a fun stay at Irena’s home. We had an issue with the tv, but she was very responsive and had the whole tv replaced. Great location with nearly private beach (most of the time we were the only ones we could see.) we loved the fish taco’s at the restaurant just a few minute walk up the street. My youngest also liked the park just a short walk away.

Unmatched Views, Wonderful Gem of a Home

We had a fantastic stay right on the beach in this home and could not have asked for a better experience. The check-in was simple and accommodating, the home was spacious and well-stocked and the views are beyond belief. We loved staying here and would highly recommend it for anyone, particularly families or groups! Nice neighborhood restaurant selections in a quiet area but close enough to Rosarito (10-15 mins) to enjoy the city life.

Beautiful home with direct beach access.

Very nice layout for bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms with great water pressure. Everyone was comfortable in their beds but pillows in one bedroom were too soft. House is very private with plenty of lighting. We're already planning our next stay!

Very pleased

We had such a great time at this VRBO. It's located in this little community called San Antonio Del Mar that was just the cutest. They had several great restaurants within walking distance of our place. We ate at the sushi place the first night, the pizza/italian place the second, had fresh crossiants in the morning from the coffee shop, and ate at the fine dining restaurant our last night. Every experience was completely delightful! The house itself sat right on the water and our boys ( 4 of the aged 17 and 18) loved surfing the waves every day. The house was so cute and comfortable. The only complaint was one of the moms we were traveling with had the single bed bedroom and she said the bed was way too soft and springy and it hurt her back. My bed was the perfect firmness and we were very comfortable. We drove across the border and had zero issues driving around Rosarito and Puerto Nuevo. We went down to PN for the best lobster and margaritas and shopping at the markets. Oh don't forget to go to Las Rocas for an amazing spa treatment and pick up a Fast Pass to get back across the border if you are driving. It only took us about 20 minutes to get back across the border vs a couple of hours. We often saw dolphins out from our balcony. My husband was even able to surf with them one afternoon. The nightlife in downtown Rosarito was a blast. We took a taxi van down there and it was very easy and convenient. There are tons of taxis ready to take you home no matter what time of night. All in all we had a terrific time and we would absolutely come back to this location and stay at this lovely house. Understand that sea air destroys a lot things so the furniture outside is pretty broken down. But other than that it was perfect!

The beach access and view were amazing. House is cozy and plenty of room for everyone. Fridge was great and had all we needed to have a relaxing weekend. I would definitely book this place again in the future.

Beautiful home

Beautiful beachfront property. Gorgeous view from both patios with a couple flights of stairs to the beach. We walked the beach a few miles in both directions around the property and this property had one of the best locations

Great place to stay and relax, it was really clean, the linens were fresh and we were all able to sleep comfortably, loved waking up and being able to sit outside and feel the breeze and just be within walking distance to the beach. The place was super safe as this was the first time staying in Mexico, it is a gated community so it’s a plus! Met the host as well and she was nice and personable, no complaints at all!

Great stay and amazing communication with the home owner. Some light switches weren’t working and some would turn on by themselves was my only concern. House was amazing and the community was great as well. Security was top notch. Will definitely stay here again!!!

beautiful House and views

Really enjoyed our stay at this beach house! House was large enough to fit my family of Eight comfortably. So close to the water you could hear the oceans waves crashing all day and night. Rosarito City was only a 10 minute drive Down the road. Great communication with the host! Thank You

Great views, cozy home

Excellent communication with host, plenty of space for our family/group of 8. Kitchen is stocked with all the cooking essentials. Looking forward to staying here again.

Totally worth it!!!

We loved the private beach access, the location was excellent. Clean road, nice people, security guard made us feel safe knowing not everyone has access. We had the beach to ourselves. The house has amazing views and it’s big enough to be around people, but also have some time apart. The home was amazing, we had everything we needed. My entire family had an amazing time. We will most likely try and book once a year here.
