"The Farmhouse" är en uppdaterad stuga från 1947 som ligger i ett fantastiskt grannskap med två parker och inom gångavstånd till J&B Coffee, Capital Pizza och livsmedelsbutik.

The Farmhouse in Tech Terrace är ett 3 sovrum 2 badrum 1400 kvm hus mindre än en mil från TTU. Det är fullt möblerade och har orignal trägolv i vardagsrummet och sovrummet. Sov väl på minne-skummadrasser och njut av Direct TV: s underhållningspaket! Koppla av på däck i trädgården under en tak av kaféljus! Vi hoppas att du känner dig hemma på "The Farmhouse"!

FYI: Det finns ett litet hus på baksidan av fastigheten som har sin egen privata ingång från gränden, den är obebodd.

Fantastic Lubbock home

This home was very welcoming and accommodating. It felt like a home away from home and the owners thought of everything to make the stay comfortable. There was plenty of room to spread out, great backyard and convenient to Texas Tech. The owners checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely stay there on all future trips to Lubbock!

Very Nice Tech Terrace

We stayed as a family of 5 for a wedding in Lubbock. The property was well kept and the home was great! It is close to Texas Tech and it was easy to get to both University Avenue and Indiana Avenue. We would stay here again!

Beautiful, great location

The Farmhouse is a beautiful, comfortable stay in a perfect location. So many charming details in the decor, sturdy and comfortable furniture, beautiful backyard with lots of spaces to hang out or enjoy a meal. Hosts were wonderful, welcoming, great communication. Absolutely loved our stay.

Great stay in a quiet Lubbock neighborhood walking distance to Texas Tech

This is a great small house! Very comfortable. Reminded my wife and I of our first home. Well maintained with lots of character. Located in a quiet suburban neighborhood within walking distance of Texas Tech and no more than a 10 minute drive to everything else. We greatly enjoyed our stay!

Great location!

We had a great stay! Loved the location being close to campus and the coffee shop and pizza place down the street were both great! Highly recommend if you’re looking to be close to campus. House has been updated and beds are very comfortable. Karen was great to work with too!

Would stay here again

The house was exactly as advertised. We appreciated the cleanliness of the home and the comfy beds. Also the AC worked great and there were ceiling fans in all bedrooms so the temp inside was very comfortable despite being an older home.

Cozy, comfortable, and convenient

We enjoyed staying here while we moved our son into the dorms at Texas Tech. Everything was very clean and the home is beautifully decorated and very cozy.
