Denna mysiga stuga vid vattnet ligger 20 minuter norr om Green Bay och är perfekt för familjesammanträden och vänner. Denna fastighet har ett fullt lastat kök, vardagsrum, rum med tre säsonger, två sovrum, ett komplett badrum med en stor stå upp dusch och stort badkar och ett lerrum med tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Uppsättning av sovrum inkluderar TV, DVD-spelare, full storlek säng och två våningssängar, medan det extra sovrummet har en TV, DVD-spelare och queen size-säng. Vardagsrummet är tillräckligt rymligt för att inkludera en sprängmadrass (tillhandahålls av fastighetsägare), med en stor platt-TV och DVD-spelare. Fastigheten kan sova 6-8 personer.

Nice Cabin, But Has Moisture Issues

The cabin itself is very nice, and had everything I expected for a lakeside cabin experience. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels in the bathroom, firewood, kindling, yard games, and tons of board games! The sunroom was a great place to sit and enjoy a coffee with a lakeside view. My kids enjoyed the large flat lawn to run around in. The number one downside I found to this cabin was the smell. They seem to have some moisture issues originating from the laundry room and garage area. Even with a dehumidifier running constantly in the laundry room, the floor was damp enough to leave footprints when I walked through. We kept the windows open to air out the place as much as possible, but the smell really put a damper on our vacation. The carpet could have also used a cleaning, and we were a little bummed that the jets in the jacuzzi were out of order. The photos for this listing can also use an update, as they showed a paddle boat and gas grill that were not actually there. We were able to run and pick up charcoal to use the charcoal grill though.

Great Stay - Awesome View!!

Property was a spectacular location on the bay and fit my family who was visiting perfectly. Close to Green Bay, lovely firepit, and host was super responsive and helpful.

Don't let the dock fool you

Beautiful shallow sand just under the end of the rickity dock, even though it looks deep. Had a lot of fun. Polite easy neighbors, albeit very close. Favorite part was the screened in porch with a beautiful bay view.

Responsive and Accommodating Host

We had planned a stay at this charming waterfront cottage but encountered some issues that led us to decide not to stay. Despite this, the host, Dan, was very communicative and accommodating, working with us to resolve the situation. While our experience was brief, it’s clear that Dan takes pride in his property and is committed to ensuring his guests have a positive experience.

Fishing trip in the North!

Nice cabin with an awesome view of Green Bay! Worked out very good for a group of three up to enjoy some fishing! Very peaceful and quiet. Hoping to return again sometime.

Nice stay on the Bay.

Good location for recreation on Green Bay. Garage access was nice, and the yard and enclosed porch added a lot to our stay.

Wisconsin stay

Very easy to communicate with. Carpet a little stained but house was clean. It was sad the paddle boat got burnt by the neighbors tree but we had a wonderful time. We got use out of the outside games that were there. It was also great to have large stock of firewood.

Excellent bayside cabin

We really appreciated the spacious living areas, especially the sun porch. The earily morning view on the bay was gorgeous and the neighborhood was quiet and friendly. The cabin was well-stocked and very clean. Thanks for the fun stay!

Excellent Stay

My kids and I stayed in the cottage for our weekend trip for the Packers/Bears game. It was amazing! The cottage was clean, full of the essentials and the view was absolutely beautiful. Dan was fantastic! He responded quickly to my questions and was friendly. We even met the neighbor next store who was very friendly as well. We all enjoyed our stay so much, we will definitely stay here on our next trip!

Perfect fit for our family vacation!

We all enjoyed the location and the views of this property. The tree in the backyard has perfect shade all day long. Everyone enjoyed paddle boarding, playing outdoor games, and the fishing was amazing. We went to the little creek lodge which was 6 minutes away and shot sporting clays twice it was so much fun.

Fishing get away

Property was what I expected nice location on the water. Not much for hot water in the kitchen sink but shower heated up nice. Vacuum cleaner didn't work very well but everything else was fine.

Comfortable cabin, enjoyed stay

Owner is a good communicator and flexible, had no issues. Stayed one week, had everything we needed to be comfortable and cook a few meals. The cabin had a cozy and lived-in feeling. We all felt it would be fun to come back in summer to enjoy the location more and swim in the bay. My only complaints: the sheets were a little too warm, had some synthetic material that made me a little too hot mid-sleep, and the plumbing was not great for the commode. A better plunger is in order.
