Thank you for taking the time to leave us such a thoughtful review! We’re thrilled to hear you enjoyed the layout of the rooms and bathrooms, as well as the spacious kitchen. We also appreciate your kind words about our communication—it means a lot to our team. It looks like your review cut off at the end, so we’d love to hear about any concerns you had. Feel free to reach out directly, as we’re always looking to make improvements and ensure every guest has the best experience possible. We hope to host you again soon!

Hi Bryant, Thank you for sharing your experience with us! We're glad to hear you found the house comfortable and enjoyed the beauty of the lake—it really is a special place. We apologize for the inconvenience of not having towels provided. Since the commercial laundry is a bit of a drive, we've opted to ask guests to bring their own, similar to other cabins in the area. However, we do offer some towels for a small fee, though most guests prefer to bring their own. We also appreciate your feedback about the grill, and we’ll make sure it gets a thorough cleaning before the next guest's arrival. We hope you’ll consider staying with us again for another relaxing week! Best regards, Jon B. and the Manage Cabins Crew

Hi Jennifer, Thank you for your review! We're glad to hear that you enjoyed our beautiful property and found it spacious and well-equipped for a relaxing trip. I apologize for the inconvenience caused by the air conditioning issue. I'm happy I could respond, and I want to assure you and future guests that the air conditioning has been fully repaired. We appreciate your understanding and hope to have the chance to host you again, ensuring an even better experience next time. Best, Jon B. and the Manage Cabins Crew

Thank you for your fantastic review! We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed the house and its spacious amenities, especially the multiple kitchens and convenient features. We're glad the location by the golf course and lake added to your experience. We apologize for the confusion regarding the hot tub; it actually refers to the jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. We'll make sure to clarify this in our listing to avoid future misunderstandings. Thank you for bringing it to our attention, and we hope to welcome you back soon for another wonderful stay. Best, Jon B. and the Manage Cabins Crew

Thank you, Kerry! We're thrilled to hear that your group had such a fantastic week full of fun and adventure. Thank you, Theresa, for your heartwarming review! We're honored that you chose The Golf Road Lake House to celebrate your 50th wedding anniversary with four generations of your family. It’s wonderful to hear that the space and the chef's kitchen were just what you needed for such a special occasion. We’re glad the ice maker kept up with your crew, and that you had plenty of fun down at the lake with the water toys. It’s also great to know some of your group enjoyed a round of golf. We’re thrilled that this trip created lasting memories for your family, and we’d love to welcome you back anytime! Jon B. and the Manage Cabins Crew

Hi Mary, So glad to hear you enjoyed your stay. I would like to point out there is a golf cart mobility-challenged guests can use to access the lake with prior arrangements. If you come back let us know and will line it up for you. jon
