Gorgeous Blue Ridge Mountain Weekend Escape!

Vi välkomnar dig till vår vackra berg fly !! För diskriminerande gäster som söker de finaste boende och vår egendom är den enda stora skidbacken för uthyrning på Wintergreen Resort - För dig som inte vet Wintergreen Resort ligger den i Blue Ridge Mountains, 45 minuter från Charolettsville , en och en halv timme från Richmond, tre timmar från Raleigh Durham-området, tre timmar sydväst från Washington DC i de blå åsbergen, 3 000 fot höjd. Vårt hem erbjuder en lyxig par eller familj reträtt - en välutbildad husdjur välkomnas också! Superb för en familjeski semester, vacker för en sommar komma undan för att slå värmen, eller smyga bort för att se de vackra höstfärgerna. Vår egendom omfattar Wintergreens Premier-medlemskap som ger tillgång till vintergarden poolen, bubbelbad, spa och fitnesscenter-Devils Knob Grill Restaurant och Lake Monican.

Det finns vacker utsikt över bergen från alla rum. Det rymliga huvuddäcket möjliggör att titta på skidåkare raser ner på berget på vintern, eller koppla av och äta på trädnivå. Vår stora rum har en katedral tak och cederträ efter tillverkningen, liksom en dramatisk golv till tak sten spis. Inredda med bekväma men eleganta möbler och smakfulla tillbehör.

De tre sovrummen på övervåningen är rymliga med massor av fönster. Romantisk king size-master svit på bottenvåningen. Ett rum på lägre nivå. Fyra och en halv bad, kudde madrasser, duntäcken och kuddar i alla sovrum.

Nedre plan har storbilds-TV, DVD, plus spelrum med pingisbord, hockey bord, och darttavla, med tillgång till nedre däck.

Vårt hem ligger några minuters bilresa till Tennis Center, Wintergreen Spa, Nature Foundation och den berömda Devils Golf Course. Den 27-håls Stoney Creek Golf Course, klubbhus, Lake Monocan och fler tennisbanor ligger bara 20 minuter nerför berget i Valley Section av Wintergreen. Det finns också många restauranger, bryggerier, vingårdar och hårda cider platser.

Superb, cozy and convenient for our large family

We had a wonderful stay at this incredible home. The pics don't do it justice. Super cozy and comfy throughout Amazing stone fireplace. Our family, including my 78 yo parents, greatly enjoyed the nice game room and even played ping pong! The location is perfect and convenient to entire Wintergreen resort. Owners are very responsive and communicated frequently to ensure we were happy. Janice even went to great lengths to help us with reservations for dinner, lift tickets etc. They even texted us a couple of times to check on us while they were traveling overseas. Impressive. We are frequent VRBO renters and this was one of our favorite stays ever. Thank you Janice and Shawn.

Family Getaway

This house is beautiful and well equipped with everything you need. Nice layout for families. Loved the view too. Would love to come back in the winter and see the skiers ski down the ski sloop. The kitchen was awesome with lots of countertop space. Loved the large dinning room table. I would highly recommend this house. The owner was very accommodating and it was an easy check in process. Will definitely be back.

TaPuSu family reunion

The property was beautiful and fit our family well. The open floor plan was important to me so that the family could be together for everything. We would have liked for the hot tub to be working but it want that big a deal. The Smeallie’s were very communicative and kind. I would recommend this location and the Smeallie’s to family and friends.

Could not have been a better winter break ski trip! Janice and Shawn were so communicative and house was so warm (literally, in negative temps over Christmas!) and comfortable down to every detail. A perfect ski vacation, right on Tyro.

Wonderful time in Wintergreen

Shawn has a beautiful home - perfect for our family and friends. The place was immaculate - beautiful view, and lots of room. Loved the kitchen - well -planned for making family meals. The screened porch was so relaxing, and my kids (all in their 20s) really enjoyed ping pong and darts in the game room. And Shawn and Janice provided really helpful info about the area and places to visit. We hope to be back again before too long!

Amazing place!

We stayed there for a corporate retreat and the house was perfect for our needs. We were able to ski in/out right out the back door. The house was large enough to offer separate space for everyone and allow us to meet. Thank you!

Loved this house!

We had such a wonderful time in your lovely home. The fireplace is such a nice and cozy feature that we really enjoyed. The house is very private and has great space. The downstairs is wonderful for children and adults of all ages with so many games. We loved everything about our stay.

Perfect Family Retreat

We had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful home for a family weekend get together. I have been going to Wintergreen for 30 years and I can believe we enjoyed this home more then any other we have visited at Wintergreen. The Owners have made this both a warm and comfortable home but also have shared many games, ping pong tables and other items which made the stay all the more enjoyable. They really put a lot of thought into what families might enjoy when staying at their home. Would definitely stay again.

Couldn't ask for anything more. Heaven on the mountain!

How do I count the ways I loved this home? We stayed 3 nights as a group of 5 for a work retreat at this wonderfully appointed, absolutely stunning mountain vacation home. The location is ideal if you enjoy the outdoors & privacy along with a great view of the slope. We spent hours just relaxing on the deck which runs the full length of the house! Our nights were spent watching football on the big-screen & playing darts, ping pong and table hockey in the game room.The owners bent over backwards to make sure our every need was met. It's a rare gem to find a home of this caliber available as a rental. The surrounding area has plenty to do even though it seems like you're out in the middle of the country. There are plenty of local wineries, a few brewpubs, a cidery, restaurants, golf, hiking, etc. If you like staying first-class, look no further than this home, you wont' be disappointed.

This house is big enough to sleep 9, with children, but comfortable enough to not get lost in the house. Every room has a great view, and it is a great place to relax. In Winter, it is ski in, ski out, and you cannot beat the convenience. In the spring, summer and fall you can't beat enjoying the deck overlooking the mountains.

The downstairs game room, tv room provides a wonderful place for kids to hang out, while the upstairs is perfect for grownups. The spacious deck is great for dining or relaxing. In the fall, the Blue Ridge mountains provide colorful autumn days. In winter, the home provides not only luxury and comfort, but the privilege of being the only ski-in, ski-in home of this quality -- there is not a better place on the mountain
