We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You and your party will be able to self-check in upon arrival.

The Space:

• Unit is in a townhome building
• Each unit is allowed 2 vehicles, no commercial vehicles. There is parking in front of the building. Additional parking next to the blue dumpster and storage building.
• Each unit has a rear patio that is not fully fenced in, but provides your own space
• Property has mid-term residents and other short-term renters on-site
• There are 10 nearly identical townhouse units on-site
• Please message us if you would like to book multiple units for larger groups
• Commitment to the COVID-19 enhanced sanitization and cleaning process
• Shared outdoor gazebos with seating, grills, and patio heaters
• Playground with swings, sandbox, and climbing wall/rope
• Supervision required for children under 12
• No glass or alcohol permitted in the playground
• Footwear required; open 8 AM–8 PM

• No on-site laundry
• Wind Gap Laundry and Tanning is a 2-minute drive away and offers full-service laundry and dry cleaning
• Mid-stay cleanings available upon request for $50 per cleaning
• Mid-stay cleaning includes linen/towel turnover and light cleaning, not a full deep clean
• For stays over 2 weeks, mid-stay cleaning is required every 2 weeks with fees paid prior to check-in
• Rate includes up to 4 guests; $15 per additional guest per night, up to max occupancy
