This 3-bedroom condo, with 3.5 baths, offers a retreat with 2,125 square feet of thoughtfully designed space. Conveniences include a 2-car garage, guest half bathroom, separate laundry room, breakfast bar with bonuses that include stone accent walls, a living room wet bar and fireplace, soaking tub, front courtyard and rear patio outdoor spaces with grills, and patio access from living room and main bedroom. The pool is steps away and club amenities boast 2 Ted Robinson designed championship courses, a 100,000 sq. ft. clubhouse (Premier golf membership included), restaurants, a bar, day spa, beauty salon, fitness center, tennis and pickleball courts, 46 pools and spas and social activities galore!
Each bedroom boasts ample space and privacy and the full baths provide a spa-like experience right at home. The half bath adds convenience for guests, enhancing the home's welcoming atmosphere.
