Mellow Yellow är bara några steg till stranden - du kan höra havet från verandan och du kan se det från tornet! Med stora bekväma rum och massor av verandor är detta det perfekta fritidshemmet för att tillbringa tid tillsammans och också ta lite lugn tid åt dig själv. Det gated Carillon community ger trygghet och en vänlig miljö. Mellow Yellows ljusa glada inredning sätter dig i rätt tankesätt för din speciella strandsemester. Hemmet sover 8 till 10 (i sängar). Köket är välutrustat för att äta i, och det finns en gasgrill utomhus. Det finns tre gemensamma pooler, tennisbanor, en lekplats (med basketplan), Lake Carillon, gröna områden för barnen att springa, vackra områden för promenader och mycket mer!

Another great year at Mellow Yellow

This is our third time staying at Mellow Yellow and we absolutely love the house and this neighborhood. The house is close to the beach and the entire area is private and very peaceful. Great atmosphere for families.

Wonderful house for multi-generations

We had a wonderful stay in Mellow Yellow. Great communication with the owner. We love this community and have been vacationing here for over 20 years. The house is well equipped and very comfortable. We will definitely look for availability at this home for our next annual trip.

Great Family Stay

The location was close to both the beach walkover and the pool, which was great for our family. The backyard is turfed, which makes it nice for toddler play. The house was well stocked and we really enjoyed our stay!

Great Beach House

Perfect beach stay

We absolutely loved our time at Carillon and staying at Mellow Yellow. It is a fabulous location and easy to get on the beach even with 2 toddlers! The house was immaculate and a nice layout. Sally was very responsive to questions. Would love to stay here again!

Great beach house

We’ve stayed at this property several times now with the same group. Location is a quick walk to the beach or multiple pools. Kids love the crow’s nest sleeping area upstairs. Also love that it comes with two pairs of beach chairs with umbrella service.

Perfect family vacation!

We took our children and grandchildren to Mellow Yellow in mid May and had a wonderful time. The house accommodated our needs and it was so nice to have access to bicycle and beach chairs without having to rent them. The house was only a few houses down from the walkover to the beach and very convenient to the largest Carillon pool and the playground. The owner and manager were wonderful to work with and hope to be back to Mellow Yellow in the future.

This is one you will want to come back to!

This beautiful home with short walk to beach is well stocked for cooking with appropriate pans, bowls, kitchen wear etc! Lots of room inside and great porches and patios for gathering. Couldn’t be nicer!

Carillon Beach - Beautiful home

This was one of our favorite vacations ever! Mellow Yellow was perfectly suited for our family, including grandparents, parents, and three young children. It is very conveniently located, close to the beach and not far from the heated pool. Sally was wonderful, very responsive and helpful. The kitchen was great, the backyard beautiful, great dining area, just a terrific Vrbo rental. We hope to return!

Steps to the Beach Mellow Yellow Panama City

My family had a wonderful stay at Mellow Yellow in Panama City. I was looking for a nice home within short walk to beach, pools, and play grounds - we got all that and more. With my daughter and her family heading overseas for a military assignment, we wanted to have a great time on a beach vacation that would meet grandchildren age 2-4 time at beach and pool. The house is good size, as advertised, well equiped kitchen that allowed us to make special meals, along with the porches and back yard providing good play space for everyone. Highly recommend Mellow Yellow and hope to stay here again.

Relaxation at its finest!

This is a great gated community if you’re wanting to be close to PCB, but not right in the crowds. It’s also a short drive over to Destin area as well. The Mellow Yellow did not disappoint! The beach front pool is just a few minute walk from the house, and the pool access is even closer. My favorite parts of the house were all the private balconies and the back yard area. We will be back!

Wonderful Family Spring Break

After a very long drive from the Midwest, our family was thrilled to call Mellow Yellow home for a week! The home was clean and well appointed. The location of the house to the beach was AMAZING! We loved being able to walk back easily to use the bathroom, grab a snack, etc. Carillon is a lovely neighborhood that is quiet and beautiful. The Mellow Yellow reserved chairs on the beach MADE the vacation for a mom who was excited to read under an umbrella while enjoying the gorgeous view. Sally was attentive and helpful during our stay! We cannot wait to return to Mellow Yellow!

We love coming to Carillon and enjoying all that it offers - a gorgeous uncrowded beach, wonderful pools, and well-maintained tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts. It's that perfect place that is tucked away from all the hustle and bustle of 30A and Panama City Beach; yet it's only a few minutes ride away in either direction when you're ready for more activity. Carillon Beach just has that warm and inviting look and feel; it's not just another beach resort. It's a great place for a leisurely stroll and also a place where your kids can ride their bikes. We hope that you will enjoy Mellow Yellow and Carillon Beach as much as we and so many others do.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Over the years we rented many different places in the panhandle. Then one rainy afternoon we were driving around and discovered Carillon Beach. We fell in love with the community and homes there. We rented many different homes in Carillon and made note of the various features that would make a special vacation home. We worked with our architect and builder to incorporate those features into Mellow Yellow.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We were fortunate enough to have an architect who listened carefully to what we were looking for in a vacation home-- from the atrium living area and captain's hallway to the wonderful porches. Then he threw in his own touches like the the lighthouse stairway, curved loft area, and board and batten. Gary Justiss homes are special, and we were lucky enough to have him design ours.

Mellow Yellow is centrally located and situated perfectly within Carillon. It is just two homes from the beach, and it's a very short walk (just a couple blocks) to two pools; the tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts; and Downtown area. Our walkover is the only one with bathrooms underneath (a real plus for a day on the beach), but Mellow Yellow is close enough for a quick run back for a drink or snack, too.
It's fun just to sit on one of the front porches and listen to the carillon music right down the street while the beachgoers stroll by the house.
