"Inn High Cotton" är ett perfekt fritidshus för en strandresa! Denna charmiga Charleston-stil har 4 sovrum och 3 badrum och ligger i Carillon Beach, en gated community, i västra delen av Panama City Beach Florida. Carillon Beach ligger precis öster om motorväg 30A där Rosemary Beach och många andra populära orter ligger. Endast Carillon Beach ligger helt på stranden av motorvägen.

Inn High Bomulls öppna planlösning känns rymlig och ger utrymme för 2-12 personer. Detta hem är inrett med TV, DVD-spelare, en CD-spelare och ett fullt utrustat kök. Ljudbaren i vardagsrummet har Bluetooth-kapacitet och utmärkta högtalare. Spela din egen musik från din iPod eller iPhone genom husets högtalare. DVD och spel är tillgängliga för gäster att använda under regniga dagar eller stillestånd.

Carillon Beach har 3 gemensamma pooler; Två är uppvärmda. Den huvudsakliga uppvärmda poolen heter The Bellview Park Pool, ligger bara en kort gångavstånd längs den vackert anlagda strandpromenaden som ligger mittemot Inn High Cotton. En barnbadspool, en lekplats, basketplan och tennisbanor ligger alla intill Bellview-poolen och Bellview Park. Från Inn High Bomulls rymliga verandor kan du enkelt höra Carillon Bell Tower som ringer per timme hela dagen. Carillon Beach walkover # 3 är bara 1. 5 kvarter från Inn High Cotton, prata om enkel åtkomst! Från 3 mars-13 oktober ingår strandtjänst (4 lounger, 2 paraplyer). Andra vikstolar finns tillgängliga för gäster i nedre våningen garderoben.

Genom att använda den andra halvan av strandpromenaden, är Inn High Cotton ett kort gångavstånd från Downtown Carillon. En härlig fontän, Crabby Steve's Restaurant, Vår Little Beach Cafe (Frukost & Glass Shop), Shipwreck Presentbutik & Cykeluthyrning, Yoga Studio, Salong & Fitness Center. Under sommarsäsongen hålls veckokonserter på Village Green, intill fontänen. Strax söder om Village Green är möteshuset, där en icke-religiös tjänst hålls på söndagsmorgnar.

Carillon Beach ligger dock bara 7 miles väster om Pier Park med många restauranger, unika presentbutiker och kedjebutiker som Target & Walmart. För outlet shopping, Silver Sands Outlet Mall ligger bara 25 miles väster om Carillon Beach i San Destin Area. Inom en 25 minuters bilresa kan golfare välja mellan 6 golfbanor, flera Go-Cart & Mini Golf attraktioner.

Awesome Spring Break Week!

We had a great week with 4 adults and 5 kids. The house was large enough for all of us and had everything we needed. It's location was excellent - very close to the beach, pool and downtown area! Tara was excellent to work, easy check in process, and even checked on us during the stay. We love Carillon Beach and will be back!

Perfect Property

Inn High Cotton was a great place for our Carillon Beach spring break. We are repeat guests of this property because of the location, interactions with the manager, and the setup of the home! I highly recommend and plan to stay again!

Excellent stay at Inn High Cotton

Very nice, cozy home with plenty of room for families or small groups. It has pretty much everything you need for a great vacation. The owner/manager was super nice and responsive to all my questions during the booking process and throughout our stay. Everything went smoothly with our stay. The home is a short walk or golf cart ride to Beach walkover #3. Carillon Beach is a peaceful and beautiful neighborhood with a few shops and places to eat (which were all great). Except for getting groceries at the Publix right down the street, we didn't even need to leave the area. But everything on 30A and Pier Park are easy to get to. We rented a golf cart and that worked well for us (our toddler grandson was with us). The beach is also beautiful here. The 2 sets of beach chairs and umbrellas included were so convenient. Additional beach/pool toys were available to use, as well. Highly recommend Inn High Cotton!

Excellent location. Close to heated pool and beach. Beach service provided. One key.. suggest you upgrade to code locks. Need more comfortable front porch seating.

Location, location, location!

We have been staying in Carillon for many years. The location of Inn High Cotton is as good as any I have rented. Close to Bellview Park pool, beach, gift shop, Gratify restaurant, and shaded walkway. Communication with property manager was great. Hope to be able to rent again next year.

Beautiful home

We had a great time at Inn High Cotton. This house has everything! The kitchen was fully stocked and there was plenty of room for everyone. The main floor has plenty of room for everyone to relax and hang out after a relaxing day at the beach and pool. We love Carillion Beach and the community. We will def be back and thank you again for having us!

Quiet beach home

Listing was exactly as described. We had several issues come up on our trip, none of which were preventable, and Tara handled everything promptly. I’m not sure I’ve ever had a vrbo host more responsive or concerned about guest comfort. Additionally the community the property is located in is prefect for families. Centrally located, quiet, great amenities .

Wonderful Spring Break Trip

Inn High Cotton met all of our expectations. This was our first time at Carillon Beach and it was beautiful. The gated community, white sand beach and pools were fantastic and we absolutely plan to return. Inn High Cotton was a great location close to the downtown shops, a short walk to the beach and a close walk to 2 of the 3 pools in the community. The home was nicely decorated and the kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook meals. My only suggestion for the home would be to have a gas grill rather than a charcoal grill. We look forward to returning to Carillon Beach soon!

Southern Comfort

The house is located in a great community. The house was perfect for us with the 4 bedrooms and plenty of space. The kitchen is fully stocked! The beach was a comfortable walk and included 4 chairs (full sized with cushions and umbrella). The beach is pretty much a private beach! We enjoyed taking walks in the community. Grocery stores are close and "the town" is close enough but not too close! The house is maintained well. The house has two nice porches to sit down outside and relax!!

2017 June Inn High Cotton

House was mostly as shown on photos, kitchen had been upgraded to Granite with new ss appliances. The house was perfect for our family of 6 adults & 4 children under 7. Both beach & pool are short walking distances. The path to the pool is beautiful between houses. We had brought a folding wagon and found it useful for all that we brought to the beach. The house had beach umbrella and folding chairs which were also useful but may need to be replaced in near future. The community is secure and gated. We enjoyed our stay very much

Amazing!

This is our 6th trip to Carillon in the last 11 years. Our stay at Inn High Cotton was amazing, it checked all the blocks. The beds were all so comfy, delightfully furnished and welcoming bedrooms. Love the master bathroom shower! The first floor master was great for my Dad so he didn't have to navigate the stairs. The kitchen was well furnished with everything we needed. The extra touches were wonderful, the soap in the bathrooms, toilet paper and paper towels were unexpected. I love that the washer and dryer were upstairs where most of the clothes are. The house is so spacious and welcoming, we were so comfortable. The porches are fantastic! The communication with Tara was excellent! It was a bonus to find out that we were in the home of fellow Buckeye Fans! O-H! I-O! We highly recommend this home and hope to come back some time. Thanks again Tara!
