Good but needs more

House was decent for a single-family to stay but it is not equipped enough for the 10 guest maximum listed, especially in the kitchen/dining aspect. Improvements in the mattresses and kitchen amenities (including enough cutlery) would go a long way to improving this place.

Great location with multiple pools and the beach. The home was clean and very spacious for our group of 9. Loved it was a gated community!

Beautiful Carillon Beach

Carillon Beach is beautiful, a great location and easy access to the beach. We had an extended family reunion with four family groups each having a separate house and it was a wonderful location to do this. Thanks

Cozy

Open area, great front porch and great screened in porch. The location was great if you like being close to the basketball, pickleball and swim area. It is a close walk to the beach about 5 minutes. Also close to shops. Great area!

Small But Roomy !

For a little house ( compared to others in the neighborhood) they really utilize all the space and plenty of storage space if you are planning on staying for a while . Minor inconveniences as there are with most Airbnbs. But I would definitely stay on this property again and the management was great as well !

Nice property layout. Loved porches!

Loved the layout , but cabinet door underneath sink was missing and dryer did not work. Beds a little uncomfortable. Plenty of room, and bathrooms were nice.

Disappointed...House needs maintenance...

This was our 2nd trip to the Carillon Beach community, and we love the area. However, we were VERY disappointed in the condition of this property and its amenities. The home is in need of repairs that we feel are regular maintenance and was disappointed in the quality of the house compared to the previous house we rented thru Vacasa and other properties within Carillon. We will be back to Carillon Beach but would NOT rent this home again.

Terrible

Absolutely terrible experience. Only stayed one night, as I woke up the first morning with bed bugs everywhere! Only one out of the three beds had them, as no one else in my family got bitten. By that night I was covered in bites on my face, neck, chest and arms and had to get oral and topical steroids! Trying to rectify the situation with Vacasa was a nightmare experience and will not be renting through them again!

The house is roomy and in good location. Easy walk to the beach. However, there were several lights out and there were not any potholders in the kitchen which we discovered after putting a dish in the oven. I told the managers about that the day after we arrived. They said they'd bring over some potholders. However, they did not. The house needs maintenance and a deep clean.

No one showed up or called when I got text message that a local team would come or call to help with an issue. There's no central management of this property. It's several different companies not properly communicating with each other. There needs to be someone checking in on this property between stays to see that details such as working batteries, cobwebs, sand, cosmetic wear, no instruction sheets with electronics or storm door function are taken care of.

Enjoyed our stay

We loved the location, and the house was fun. A few mins walk to the beach and we were right across the road from the pool. All in all, the house was great. I think who ever is responsible for pre-cleaning the property before guests needs to take their time or add more people to help. A few things could be fixed in the home (rusty vents and mold on a ceiling area. The outdated security guard information and surprise parking payment would have been nice to know before we got there as well.

5 Star Location

Close to beach, dining, and pool. We have traveled to Carillon for years with the family and this was one of our favorite stays. Not a brand new property but met all the needs.

Great Location & Spacious

We loved this home! We had 4 adults and 2 toddlers and had plenty of space. The home location is great being right across from the playground and pool. It’s about a 5 minute walk to get to the beach. The home was very spacious and laid out well. Our only “complaints” would be cleanliness. The couch is white, thus shows how dirty it is. And the beds could be a little more comfortable. The home needs a little cosmetic attention, but overall it served us well and we enjoyed our stay. Oh, and the house isn’t pink any more like in the photos! It’s more white.

Great Location/ House in Need of Upkeep

This house is in desperate need of TLC. I am sad this house has not been updated since our last stay in 2020. It is a great house with an open floor plan but needs to be updated. The floors are in awful shape, the walls are dirty and the beds are small and uncomfortable.

What’s ya hurry

I loved the location of this home. It’s sits in a great spot to the main pool and basketball court. The home is in need of some TLC. It needs proper window coverings to block the bright sun in the morning, new shower heads, bedroom doors that are working and close, a king bed, and better stocked kitchen with more utensils. We will not rebook this house.

House has issues

This is our 3rd year at this location and love it and this house has the perfect lay out for my family. Im not asking for any refund and would love to rent again, but these are things broken in this home and I can send pictures. The lighting in the family room is absolutely none. Wooden rocker in front porch broke, back fence broken, grill is rusted out, remote control for tv is broken, one lamp to the right of fireplace is broken, the shower liners are too short so therefore the shower curtain has mold, also ALL overhead vents are FULL of black dust. But the worst is the electrical. Neither bathroom outlet will work. Several other outlets worked when the plug was only 1/2 inserted and not when plugged in. This needs to be looked at. I hope it is addressed, and fixed. Please let me if you have success in getting homeowners to fix.

Great Getaway

We have been staying at Carillon for 13 years and like Ve the community, beach and a overall experience. We have stayed at multiple properties, all have been emaculate. However, this year, the property we stayed at, What's ya Hurry, could have had better upkeep. A lot of things were broken or not in working order. The kitchen was not well stocked with essential items. But it was very clean and spacious. It just needs a little extra love and attention to fix broken things.

Good location

The location is great—quick 5 minute walk to the beach and right across from the pool. The closest beach access does have stairs and there’s no way to avoid them, this made it difficult to be able to use our beach wagon. The house is cute but was in need of a deep clean. The carpet was stained, there were some stains in the kitchen, 2 clogged sinks and the floor was very scuffed up. The kitchen supplies were also lacking, something to keep in mind if you’re planning on cooking. Very little cooking utensils, chips in mugs, no hot pad for oven, etc. However if those things aren’t priorities for you then I would say this would be a great rental—again, we were very pleased with the location (beautiful neighborhood!). The Vacasa office was also very helpful and answered any concerns right away.

The Pink House

We absolutely loved the house. It had very well appointed spaces, plenty of room and cute decor. There were a ton of sitting areas. The kids loved it!! Will definitely rent again.
