Två sovrum med dubbelsängar och tredje sovrummet har två enkelsängar. Utomhusområdet inkluderar däck, picknickbord, stolar, Weber gasgrill, utomhusdusch och parkering för två bilar. Parkera din bil och gå till allt inklusive Oyster House, Terrace Tavern, Melt Down, California Grill, Howards, Roberto's, Woody's och Wawa! Endast två kvarter till stranden! Denna havssida, tre sovrum är så ren, söt och bekväm; du vill inte lämna och kan inte vänta med att återvända! Allt ligger inom gångavstånd eller en kort cykeltur eller en bilresa bort. Det bästa är att du inte behöver korsa boulevarden för att komma till stranden! Även om det finns en stor bevakad vikstrand några kvarter bort. Det är bra för unga familjer med små barn eftersom vattnet inte är grovt eller djupt och har en livvakt varje dag. Det är också ett bra ställe att titta på vackra solnedgångar!

We had a great stay! Place was super clean and conveniently located and it was nice to have designated parking. The stairs ended up not being too bad and having the back deck overlooking the restaurant patio with the live music next door was so nice!

Perfect location!

This was a fabulous rental for the week! Sunday-Sunday is amazing because you avoid Saturday traffic. The location is perfect. Midway between beach and bay and short walk to both. The house was simple, clean, comfortable and we felt at home! We had 5 people and it was an ideal size. Wawa right next door was key for my 17 year olds!

Cozy, feels like home, but in an amazing location!

This property was beautiful. So clean, well maintained and perfectly "cozy", just like home. Washer and dryer were a huge plus, nice to pack up clean clothing before our trip back home. Rental is in a great location, close to the beach and the bay. Deck/patio has a great view, nice area for teenagers(pickleball, literally across the street)! There was a mixup with the code for checkin, and Luke very quickly responded to rectify the issue.We had the best 4 day stay. Our family really hopes to return this summer and hopefully even next!

Nice beach house/ apartment

Nice, clean 2nd floor of house. Everything matched website photos. Easy access with code & a key if you want it. Nice tv, big DVD, VHS collection! My husband loved the recliner. Only suggestion, fix bathroom door, it’s easy. Would stay there again only might be hot in summer months.

Great Location

We absolutely loved staying at Luke’s place, it was clean and a great location. Great proximity to our favorite places like Howard’s and the beach. Also super close to breakfast spots, Acme, and Wawa. You can’t go wrong with that! Bonus areas were the balcony and downstairs BBQ area. We will definitely be returning!

Like living in a dream

Perfectly positioned home between the bay and the ocean, quick ride to the South end of the island to watch the sun set over the wildlife preserve, supermarket is just down the road, owner of the gift shop a few blocks down tells hilarious stories. Nice full kitchen, top of the line washer/dryer, fantastic media center, comfortable bed. Paradise.

Clean with everything we needed

Winter on the Island

Well equipped kitchen, terrific Roku-centric media center, strong wifi signal, awesome new washer & dryer, quick walks to the beach and the bay to see the sunrises and the sunsets, which for some reason are most awesome around the first of the year. Feel very fortunate for the opportunity to stay here.

LBI Vacation

We enjoyed our vacation rental very much. The house was clean, and landlord very responsive. Our house had a convenient location and within walking distance for many ventures. The only thing that was undesirable was our view from the outside deck.

Great location and owner

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Can’t beat the location where you could walk for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert. Most importantly you can walk back and forth to the beach all day long. Luke communicated well and let us know he was always accessible if we needed anything. We will definitely stay again.

Excellent island getaway spot

Great location - walked a couple of short blocks to the beach to watch the sunrise in the morning, a couple of short blocks to the bay to watch the sunset at night. Watched seagulls sailing around from the back deck. Nice kitchen, comfortable beds & bedding, awesome media room/family room with giant TV (w/Netflix and a cool video library!). Absolutely no complaints.
