WHATS INCLUDED:
Our apartments are fully furnished with beds, linens, pots, pans, cookware, utensils, utilities and cable/internet. Parking is also included.
HOW WE BILL
We bill daily, meaning whatever the month is divide that by 30 and thats your daily rate. So if its $3000/month for example, then your daily rate is $100 per day ($3000month/30 days).
REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT:
Upon approval all tenants will pay a 1/2 - 1 month refundable security deposit.
Deposit will be fully refundable, less any damages, within 21 days of move-out per California law. However, we typically refund deposits much quicker.

From time to time, amenities may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or other situations typical of apartment community living. While we are not responsible for these outages, we will always do our best to inform you promptly if we become aware of any issues, along with any updates or estimated timelines provided by the apartment management.
This is similar to what you might experience when renting directly from an apartment community. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to keeping you informed.
