Rating our stay

House was clean. The advertisement said pet friendly however, the back yard has an open large pipe that goes under the road and dogs/cats can easily get out. Lots of branches down in the back yard. The house had no extra blankets for the bedroom, broken can opener, and the flooring in the dining room was soft and sunken in an area near the entry. Was told it was required to call the office if a guest was coming for even a visit let alone an overnight stay which is inconvenient.

Awesome stay!

The property listing was accurate and reliable. The neighborhood was quiet, the home was clean, the backyard was wonderful, and the master bed was very comfortable. (So important to me!) We definitely intend to return on our next trip to Clarksville.

Perfect stay

We loved staying here to visit our son who is stationed at nearby Fort Campbell. The neighborhood was quiet and so close to the base. The house was very clean and comfortable. We look forward to coming back for future visits!

Clean and Comfortable

Priced well given its location is a suburb and not in the thick of downtown. Great access to highways so it is a quick hop to get to Clarksville and to more outdoor recreation areas. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our brief stay in the area.

Amazing hosts and overall stay!!

Overall wonderful experience! We had to stay in a rental after moving to Tennessee before we could move in to our new home due to the timing.. Asury and Adam made our stay wonderful, non-intrusive, but available whenever you need them. We stayed for over 2 months! Home was clean, back yard for the dogs, wi-fi, and all the comforts of home, including housewares and towels! 5 starts for sure!!!

Great house, even better hosts.

Adam and Asury were absolutely the best hosts ever. They went above and beyond to make our stay here as enjoyable as possible. Very friendly people. The house was better than we could have imagined. The check in process was flawless and the house is very clean. The house is very close to shopping and within 4 miles of the base. We would highly recommend this house to anyone proudly! The kindness and courtesy extended to us by the hosts is more than words can say. 5 plus stars if there was such a rating.

This house was absolutely perfect. It was close to everything. Having a home with a full kitchen, living space and bedrooms made our visit/stay unforgettable. We were able to spend quality time with our soldier during a crazy time. The hosts were incredible and kind; providing excellent communication, quickly answering questions. We would definitely recommend as an excellent place at a phenomenal value.

Wonderful location

Those needing to connect with their military family members will love the location of this 3 bedroom home near the base. Large master and nice size extra bedrooms. Full size kitchen and laundry facilities.

Great location, Clean, Modern 3 bedroom, 2 bath house!

We were visiting family during Christmas. We spent all of our time with family and just slept at the house. There was 5 of us and all of the beds were comfortable. The house is easy to fine and access is good. Everything in the house was clean and modern and worked as expected. We would be happy to stay again!

Hi, we are Asury and Adam. We own and operate a real estate investing business. We are also a military family, as Adam served in the U.S. Army Special Forces as a Team Sgt. for a Combat Dive Team. He has proudly served our country for over 15 yrs. Asury has a medical background, particularly, in the ophthalmic field. We both decided to retire from our previous professions to dedicate our time completely to our real estate business. We self manage our properties and have built a great team to help us scale and provide an awesome Airbnb experience.

We are longtime residents of Clarksville, TN., and we're very knowledgeable about the immediate and surrounding areas.

We are a family of 5 with 1 fur baby. We enjoy doing family-friendly activities. We, too, love traveling and understand the importance of comfort, space, and privacy especially, in a military town where families are constantly visiting or transitioning. We love using AirBnB during our travels. In fact, that's what inspired us to become hosts ourselves.

Fun facts about us: Adam is from Mississippi and learned Russian as a second language in the military. Asury is from Panama (the country) and her first language is Spanish. We can't live without coffee! Our favorite foods are sushi and Mexican. We love supporting local small businesses and highly encourage our guests to check them out as well.
