Denna översta våningen enhet, som erbjuder en vacker utsikt över stranden, har nyligen renoverats. Med alla nya apparater, nyinstallerade golv, orörda granitbänkskivor och anpassade handgjorda möbler, erbjuder detta takvåningshus en oöverträffad oceansidupplevelse. Bekvämt beläget nära en hiss, ger lägenheten en kort promenad till stranden över en privat skyddad strandpromenad. Det finns två pooler i lokalerna som är öppna för gästerna. När du inte njuter av solen, kan du koppla av med tre plattskärms-tv, premium kabel och höghastighetsinternet. Sovrummet var designat med komfort i åtanke. Med en king size-säng med skräddarsydd huvudtavla, kan du sova lätt och lyssna på vågorna på havet. Sovrummet är utrustat med en 38 "plattskärms-TV, Vizio Soundbar, och premium kabel samt ett eget badrum.

Gäst sovrummet är perfekt för både barn och vuxna. Rummet har en innovativ våningssäng, med en extra lång dubbelsäng ovanpå och en queen size futon på botten. Med futonens mångsidighet kan du använda den som en soffa under dagen och lägga den ner i en sovplats på natten. Rummet har en 28 "plattskärms-TV med premium kabel, samt gott om garderob och en byrå.

Vardagsrummet har en 57 "plattskärms-TV, premium kabel och en soundbar. Rummet har också två helt nya soffor; en extra lång en som är perfekt för en middagslund och en kärlekssits som kan vikas ut i en säng, om det behövs. En bakgrund som består av tre gigantiska spegelpaneler ger utsikt över stranden från alla vinklar. Oavsett om du letar efter väderuppdateringar eller vill lyssna på musik, kommer gästerna att ha tillgång till ett Amazon Echo.

Det nyrenoverade köket är fullt utrustat. Gästerna kommer att kunna göra vad deras hjärtan önskar, njuta av ett helt nytt kylskåp, ugn, mikrovågsugn och diskmaskin. Gästerna har också tillgång till en kaffebryggare, brödrost och en komplett uppsättning krukor, pannor och porslin.

We had a great time during our stay. The view from the balcony was beautiful, and it was perfect distance from the beach. We loved the quietness of the resort as well. When we talked to Chuck, he was as kind and as helpful as could be.

We had a wonderful vacation! The condo is exactly as described. Beautiful views from the balcony. Not crowded beach was a plus! We had everything we needed in the condo to be comfortable for the week. We will definitely stay here in the future.

We loved the property. We have stayed at this complex for the last five years. This was the first time in this unit. It is well maintained and the owner was very nice and easy to contact. What sets this unit apart from many of the others is the view from the balcony. It is also furnished very nice and the upgraded kitchen is great. The only issue we had was an entire complex power outage for a day. That being said the condo and vacation experience was great. We visited a couple of the recommended restaurants in our welcome package instructions. We would highly recommend this unit and look forward to staying here in the future. Thanks.

Beautiful space

Our stay at Chuck and Mary’s condo was great! They were very responsive to my questions I messaged them. The space was clean and organized, having a full stocked kitchen with everything we needed to cook was extremely helpful! We loved the view from the balcony and we hope to return again next year!

Great location

Lovely condo with all the needed amenities. Master bedroom bed is very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances, dishes, pots and pans and flatware. Check-in was so easy and any questions and concerns were quickly resolved by the owner, Chuck. We enjoyed our stay so much and would definitely go back if we could.

My Review

The condo was accurately represented. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking. The check-in process was smooth, and the recommendations for activities and dining were excellent for newcomers to the area. The grounds and pools were well-maintained and enjoyable. The location was convenient for accessing everything. There were a couple of minor issues worth noting: there were many personal belongings of the owner taking up space, limiting room for our own items. Additionally, there was noticeable dust on items like the TV and TV remotes in the master bedroom, suggesting they hadn't been cleaned thoroughly in a while. A thorough cleaning would greatly enhance the appeal of this condo.

The property grounds and pool were nice. Condo had beautiful view. Condo was okay...kitchen nice and updated. Master bath needs updating which owner stated will be updated soon. Living area furniture needs updating. Overall an okay condo. The view and beach were the best things of our stay.

Views

I rented this unit for my elderly father (my family was in a different unit). The unit was beautifully remodeled and the views from the balcony were spectacular. He could sit out on the balcony and just watch the ocean or see my family at the pools when he did not feel like getting out. Condo is located in a great location and would highly recommend.

Cleanliness

The complex is wonderful, well maintained landscape and pool area. The view from the room was great. The kitchen was remodeled. The cleaning service used by the owner leaves a lot to be desired. There was food and dust under the sofa, mold on the screen door walls, mold in both bathrooms and the shower head was coming out of the wall. The screen entrance door lock was broken and we were locked in one day. The washer lid had to be held up by a piece of string. There was no toilet paper in either bathroom or kleenex. We bought our own.

Family trip

This was a multigenerational family trip. Communication with the owners was excellent! They were quick to respond and thoroughly answered my questions. The key pad on the condo door was easy to operate. The view from the condo is beyond amazing!! Much better than the pictures show. It was well stocked with anything you could ever need. The location is convenient to restaurants, the downtown area, grocery and gas. Easy walk to the beach a few steps away. Plenty of parking. The only minor negative is there were a lot of personal items left in the condo by the owners. There was still plenty of room, and the condo was clean, but I gave 4 stars because of that. When we got ready to pack up to leave I had to pay special attention to get all our belongings and nothing extra, and also not leave anything of ours behind with theirs. Overall this was minor though, and I would certainly be willing to stay there again.

Great location

Just as all other review's stated this is just as pictured and a perfect location. One of our top stay's with VRBO. The only reason I gave 4 star's in overall rating was the remodel was not complete. Couch (which had no support) and vertical blinds (which one fell off), in my opinion need replacing. Would recommend to friends and family. Lynn and Mark M

What a view!

It’s a short walk down a beautiful boardwalk to the ocean but the view from the balcony is “wow”. There are 2 tall chairs on the balcony and when we weren’t on the beach we were sitting in those. We ate every meal there. The location is close to grocery, restaurants, souvenirs, lighthouse, downtown… everything. The grounds are beautifully kept. The pool is great when you need a break from the sand. There are carts to help bring your stuff in from the car. And the condo was stocked with everything we needed. I felt very safe in the complex and on the beach. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it.
