The Home

With two large primary bedrooms, each with a well-appointed ensuite, you'll feel completely pampered. A spacious loft provides a great area for watching movies and playing games, while a dedicated home office allows you to stay productive if needed. The five bedrooms are arranged as follows:

Important Things to Know

Minimum Stays: 7-night minimum during the in-season (Saturday to Saturday rentals only).

Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is strictly at 10:00 AM.

House Rules: No pets, smoking, or vaping is allowed.

Amenities: Renters must pay an access fee and sign a waiver to use community amenities. Note that during the in-season (May 23 - Sept 1), there is no Saturday use of the pools, fitness center, or racquet courts.

Linen and Supplies: A linen and towel package is available for an additional cost. Otherwise, you must bring your own. Beach towels are not provided. You are responsible for providing your own paper products, laundry soap, and dryer sheets.

Booking Requirements: Guests must be at least 25 years old to book, or be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the entire stay.
