Charmigt kolonialt hus med bekvämligheter i ett modernt hem.

Detta lyxiga hus i kolonistil har 3 sovrum (ett nere, två på övervåningen), 2 fulla bad, kök och ett familjerum med biljardbord. Plattskärms-TV i varje rum. Köket är fullt utrustat. Terrassen har en härlig utsikt över vulkanerna och de omgivande bergen. Det finns ett tvättstuga och wi-fi höghastighetsinternet och ett säkert kassaskåp för viktiga papper.
Femton minuters gångavstånd till Central Park. Tio minuter till marknaden. Inuti ett säkrat gated community. En hushållerska som kommer att städa huset och göra tvätt.
Flaskvatten tillhandahålls och planeras om så att du inte behöver köpa det.
Vi kan tillhandahålla och hämta flygplats (du betalar cirka $ 30- $ 40 varje sätt). Vid ankomst tillhandahåller vi en välkomstkorg med frukt, kaffe, bröd, vatten på flaska etc. bra för en dag eller två.

We loved everything about our stay in Antigua! The home was amazing and Rene was helpful throughout with recommendations and answers to any questions. He recommended Santiago for our airport transfers which went seamlessly - we also used him for a full day tour. I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our visit - we will definitely be back (for more than 4 nights!) and have also already recommended this stay to many of our friends.

Rented this house for 83 days while three family members were learning Spanish in Antigua. It was perfect. Safe, quiet, clean and walkable to everywhere in the city. The owner, Rene, lives in the same compound with the houses attached by a laundry/utility room accessed by common courtyard. Round trip airport pick up/drop off included. Bottled water for the duration of visit included. Housekeeper twice a week included.It was easy to purchase anything we needed at two grocery stores (both walkable) or the market and cook meals at home. Lots of cool little restaurants in this colonial town. Highly recommend for an extended stay.

We had a wonderful time while staying in this lovely home is Antigua. Lots of room, everything you needed including coffee, sugar and cream for your morning coffee. This views from the food patio were amazing! I would definitely stay here on a future trip to Guatemala!

The host Rene was responsive, friendly, and helpful. The home is absolutely gorgeous and is in a great location. We enjoyed the pool table!! The fruit and cookies were a welcome surprise after a long day of travel.

Don Rene is always very attentive to all of us, and we keep going back to his wonderful home. Vilma, the housekeeper, is just a 10-minute walk to the center of town, and the new shopping center Telares is only a five-minute walk away.

Communication with Rene was prompt and clear.His property was beautiful, peaceful and clean. Kitchen had all amenities necessary to cook and serve food. Bathrooms had plenty of towels.The location is within walking distance to central park or if preferred, the cost of the tuk tuks, were inexpensive.This location is also within walking distance to two other areas: A modern shopping center where we found good restaurants and secure ATMs, and the local Market as well as the Artesian Market. Items here are cheaper than the places around the Central Park.My companions and I were very pleased with the property, all amenities and extra help we received with laundry.I highly recommend this property.

Rene’s home is lovely! It has plenty of space for you to unwind and relax after a day around town. He and Vilma are very welcoming and friendly. Rene is quick to respond to any questions you may have and checks in throughout your stay to ensure everything is going well. The small rooftop deck is a nice treat where you can get a great view of El Volcán de Agua. There’s plenty to do near by and can also walk to a grocery store/shopping center. I will definitely keep this on my list to revisit and recommend to anyone planning a trip to Antigua.

We stayed at Rene’s for a week and have nothing but positive things to say about the house and Rene’s hospitality. The home is immaculate, quiet, and beautiful.

Lovely home, host, and housekeeper. This was a great slightly tucked away quiet location where me and my 3 girlfriends were able to walk everywhere our entire stay. The home decor is impeccable. The fruit basket was a perfect welcome after a very long travel day from Lake Atitlan. Beds are on the firmer side. Rene our host was attentive and always helpful. We had a great time two nights in a row at his restaurant/salsa club Las Palmas. I highly suggest checking out! Great food, talented musicians, and good vibes. All around wonderful place to stay while visiting Antigua.

Antigua vacation

This was a beautiful, clean, safe, and quiet home in a gated neighborhood in Antigua. It was about a 10 minute walk from the central city, so it was quiet but still within walking distance or a $3-5 Uber for everything we wanted to do in Antigua. Highly recommend this place!

Amazing property!!

We loved everything about this stay. Rene is very accommodating and Vilma doing our laundry was theee best. Beds are comfortable .Loved having 2 bathrooms! 5 Star all the way !!!!

I obtained my BS from University of Florida and worked for IBM, Marriott and PWC during my 25 year career. I am retired, have become a musician, love nature and the simple things in life.

Built two houses, I live in the one behind and rent the other. Very comfortable and secure. Just 20 mins walk from central park and 10mins. to the shops and supermarket.

Beautiful wood work, skylights and unique design. Lots of plants and well decorated. Everything in the house is of the highest quality. Personal attention with house keeper.
