We were blown away at the details that went into this home. From the moment you walk in it feels so comfortable. The meticulously maintained garden area, the culturally themed rooms, the comfiest beds and comforters were among a few of the favorites of this house. The ultimate favorite was the upstairs balcony seating. Perfect for sunrise/sunset and also an amazing view of the volcano.

We have been staying in VRBO and the other company rentals for 15 years. Robin’s place is the best out of 65 places we have stayed.The house has an amazing collection of art on the wall. The beds are wonderful.The kitchen has every gadget and pan and pot and storage and cooking utensils you could ever use.The outside furniture is relaxing.

The entire experience from reserving the house to getting checked in to our daily experiences were all wonderful! The home has a beautiful style to it with each space well decorated and cared for. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and then some. There were plenty of dishes for our entire family and lots of serving pieces. Our family puts this on the list of favorite VRBOs ever and we are planning to come back again in 2027.

Perfect house in the perfect location! My 4th time staying in Casa Bella with mission teams and I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. When I open the door I feel like I've come home! The beautiful courtyard takes your breath away! The screens on the doors and doorway is a blessing. Virginia keeps the house clean and fresh. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. We actually got to meet Robin, the homeowner, while she was in town. What a pleasure it was to meet such a kind-hearted person! She even gave us tips on where to purchase special gifts. Safe and walkable to everything. Love, love, love this home!

Just beautiful!

Property was amazing! It's not just a house it's a home! Beautiful plants and flowers. Every time you looked around there was new art to look at. Great location, food, sights and shopping all within walking distance.

Amazing Home

This was the second time we’ve stayed at this house and it didn’t disappoint! The most beautiful house with amazing views of the volcano. You’re in a safe area with guards 24/7. It’s also walking distance from everything you need. I would recommend to anyone going to Antigua!

Absolutely recommend staying at Robin’s place. The home is very comfortable, fully stocked kitchen, clean, tidy and centrally located. Beds are comfortable and evenings are quiet. We were 5 teenagers and 2 adults. Everyone enjoyed the beautiful courtyard and upper deck. Gated community offered safety. Everyone was friendly and respectful. Look forward to staying here again!

We've stayed in Casa Bella 4 times and can't wait to stay again! Beautiful, clean and 2 blocks from market! Has everything you need and more. The best homeowner ever, great housekeeper and gardener. When you open the front door the beauty takes your breath away!

Very happy mission team!

Second time staying in Casa Bella and can't wait to stay again! I can't say enough good things about this home. It's beautiful, location is perfect and Robin is the most gracious host! This home feels like home. Two vases of colorful fresh roses greeted us! Keila was great, kept the house spotless and was never in our way. We absolutely love staying at Casa Bella!!!

Fantastic Family Vacation

Casa Bella is beautiful, will well tended gardens, fabulous art displayed around every corner. All guests reported their beds were comfortable as were all the sitting areas. The kitchen was fully stocked. There were even games and some books available for use while there. The location was walking distance to downtown Antigua. The housekeeper is a lovely person, as is the driver Robin recommended. We'd love to come back some day.

Top 3 rentals of all time (we rent 6-7 times a year internationally). The photos do not begin to show what a welcoming, beautiful, soulful, well-appointed house this is. Every last detail is tended to; the kitchen is fully stocked with all the big and little things you might need; the gardens are stunning; it's walkable to nearby markets, banks, pharmacy, grocery, restaurants, and city center. Incredibly responsive host. Guarded and gated community. Quiet during the day and night. (The housekeeper and gardener are in the house often.) Can not recommend more highly. Would definitely stay here every time we travel to Antigua.

This home is stunning, comfortable and in a wonderful location. It is clean and well maintained. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The second floor deck offers a beautiful view of the volcano and is a wonderful place to sit for morning coffee or an evening cocktail. The house is in walking distance to the center of Antigua but is located in a quiet and gated community. We felt safe for our entire stay. The information sent to us by the host prior to our arrivial was extremely helpful as it included all information about the house as well as a list of popular restaurants and the name of a driver, Ruben, who is also an outstanding tour guide. When asked what one of the best parts of our vacation was, we replied "the house." We will be back.

A wonderful stay

We spent a good week here at Casa Bella. We were joined by friends. The plan was for 7 people but we were only 4. The house would easily have housed 8 people and with ample space and many seatings. We have rented many houses in Antigua over many years. This house and it's accommodations were above expectations. The kitchen was very well stocked and it's a stunningly beautiful home. Kelia, the house keeper was wonderful accommodating and helpful in all ways. We hope to return!

A great experience in a gorgeous home!

I spent a month living in this wonderful home. From the artwork to the garden, the house is clearly a labor of love for the owner. Robin was helpful and quick to reply throughout the process from reservation to checkout. Keila went above and beyond as cleaner, cook, and general source of local knowledge. She even procured a pair of crutches for one of my students who sprained an ankle. Thank-you Robin for making my family feel at home in your home.

Paradise in Antigua Guatemala

I’ve visited Antigua many times and this time was like coming home. The house is located on the edge of central Antigua, walking distance to the Mercado and pretty much everywhere else. The community complex is secure with 24 hour security. Our host provides much more than any other rental property I have visited throughout my journeys. The kitchen, the bathrooms were all fully equipped. Did I mention the housekeeper? Keila was the icing on the cake. Sweet, efficient, and boy can she cook! She would also shop for us if we asked. In summary… I can’t wait to return to visit and stay at this beautiful home again.

Wonderful Month Stay at Casa Bella!

My wife and I had a memorable, fantastic one month stay at Casa Bella and were joined by family for a few days. The house is wonderful and built in the traditional, Colonial style. Everything was fantastic, super-clean, comfortable and lovely. Multiple beautiful well-maintained courtyard/garden/terraces as well! The house is decorated with a beautiful collection of Guatemalan art and antiques. Everything is thoughtfully arranged for the comfort and needs of the guests including having a collection of interesting books, DVDs and games. The Wifi/internet is fast and we enjoyed streaming services via the Amazon Firestick on the living room TV. The kitchen is extremely well equipped. The housekeeper, Keila, is fantastic. We paid her extra and she cooked many delicious meals - she is a wonderful cook. So much so, that we preferred to eat in the house rather than go out to restaurants. We utilized the services of the driver, Ruben, many times including for travel to and from the airport, tours of neighboring villages and a day at the beach - Ruben is great, very reliable and speaks fluent English. Communication with the owner was always quick and helpful. We especially enjoyed the location of the house as it is easy walking distance from everything in Antigua. Having the extra security of a gated community is great as well. We give the house, Keila and Ruben our highest recommendation and look forward to spending more time there.

We hated to leave!

Robin's home was a thorough delight. Beautiful, charming, well maintained, conveniently located, safe. It's in a gated community, so you have security (friendly guards) and also the ability to park a car near the house. The view of Volcan Agua from the terrace is stunning, and you can walk up to the upper terrace to check on Volcans Fuego and Acatenango. We were two couples with various friends who came in for weekends, and there was lots of room for seven people to spread out. Communication with Robin was rapid and very pleasant. Housekeeper Virginia (~5 days/week) kept the place spotless and helped us with initial grocery shopping. The sweet gardener (Mon-Wedn-Fri) keeps the terrace and courtyard gardens in great shape. Driver Ruben helped us on many occasions with airport transfers. We would definitely come back.

5 Women on Mission

Casa Bella is the perfect name for this absolutely beautiful house & even better than pictures show! The room not shown much, the living room, has 2 comfy couches, a wall of bookshelves & a rocking chair. There's the most beautiful set of stained glass windows with a cushioned bench below to sit & relax. Plenty of room for our team meetings each morning. The 2 bedrooms upstairs have a Jack & Jill bath which worked perfect for us. I've stayed in Antigua many times but this house was by far the biggest & best; screens on the courtyard doors that close after you walk through them & more flowers than I've ever seen! Fully stocked kitchen! Virginia was great & gardener didn't get in our way at all. Views from the 2 upper levels are breathtaking! We loved the swings on the lower & upper patios & plenty places to sit & enjoy the sounds of the fountain & birds. Perfectly located, just two blocks to the craft market! I only wish we had more time to have spent in the house but duty called - maybe next time Robin!

Amazing!

My husband is from Antigua so we were bringing my family there to meet his family. We needed a big enough place to stay and this was perfect! The house was beautiful with amazing views! Always clean, safe area. And close enough to everything you want to do in Antigua. Robin gave great detailed information about the house and responded quickly with any questions. I would highly recommend this house to anyone!
