Weâre a husband-and-wife duo who have called sunny St. Pete home for the past several years, and we absolutely love it here! Youâll usually find us soaking up the sun at the beach, riding our bikes, or enjoying the outdoors year-round. One of our favorite things about St. Pete is how warm and welcoming the community isâboth to people and petsâso if youâre bringing your furry friend along, theyâll feel right at home too. Hosting gives us the chance to share the charm, sunshine, and friendly spirit of our city with guests from all over.
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
What we love most about this neighborhood is its perfect blend of peace and convenience. Weâre just 3 miles from vibrant downtown St. Pete and about 20 minutes from the areaâs stunning Gulf beaches. The Pinellas Trail is right outside our door, so you can bike downtown or explore endless scenic routes. Just a couple blocks north, Coffee Pot Bayou offers breathtaking sunrises, peaceful waterfront walks, and the chance to spot dolphins or manatees, depending on the season. Our neighborhood is quiet and welcoming, yet close to everythingâyou can walk to Starbucks, Whole Foods, and weâre just minutes from Publix.
