This house became a place of healing and restoration for me, and I designed every inch of it to be both nourishing and welcoming, whether youâre cooking with friends, relaxing by the pool, or simply needing space to breathe.
The layout is wide open, with large sliding glass doors at both the front and back of the house that fill the space with desert light and blur the line between indoors and out. The open kitchen and living area are the heart of the home, featuring a massive island perfect for cooking while others gather, chat, and pour wine. Itâs a chefâs dream and a hostâs paradise.
Youâll find three raised beds and an unexpected citrus grove: key lime, mango, grapefruit, kumquat, mandarin and others, all growing in harmony.
Out back, the pool area is styled like an outdoor living room. Tongue-and-groove ceilings, two intimate seating areas, and two dining spaces make it easy to live outside day and night. Thereâs also a spa, Ooni pizza oven, and Weber grill. Whether youâre unwinding or entertaining, everything is ready for you.
