It offers both tranquility and convenienceâonly minutes from downtown (1.7 miles), yet tucked into one of Palm Springsâ most beloved, walkable neighborhoods. Quiet, charming, and rich with history, itâs the perfect base for relaxing days and desert adventures alike. Restaurants and coffee are just 2-3 blocks away.
GOOD TO KNOW
* 30-day minimum stay only at this time, shorter stays are pending permit
* Booking party must be 25+ with positive reviews and be in residence during the entire stay.
* Smoking of any type is not permitted on the property
* This is a quiet home in a peaceful neighborhood, it is not a party house, no events are allowed.
* Palm Springs âGood Neighborâ policy applies (no amplified outdoor music, quiet hours of 10pm - 10am observed for neighbors).
* Anyone 18 years or older will need to sign off on the Good Neighbor Policy at check-in.
* A maximum of 6 people are allowed at the property overnight. Maximum daytime occupancy is 10.
* Maximum of 3 three cars are allowed to park at property at any time per Palm Springs Ordinance.
*Cancellation Policy⊠Due to the popularity and advance bookings of this area, we adhere strictly to cancellation terms. Agreement may be terminated by guest not less than 60 days prior notice in writing, If written notification is received 60 days prior to the arrival date, all payments received, minus a $300 cancellation fee, will be refunded. To protect your purchase, we suggest you buy trip insurance.
* Pool Heating: The pool will be heated upon request with an additional service fee. It can take up to 24 hours to heat a pool. Please let us know which days you would like it heated ahead of time so it is ready for you. Heating the spa is included in the rent at no additional cost.
