Välkommen till din drömsemester. 1 Palm Court är ett specialdesignat 5 sovrum semestermål. Äkta hjärta tall golv, öppen planlösning, designer kök, mahogny dörrar, hiss, förhöjd pool och taket däck! När du går in i dubbelmahognadörrarna vet du omedelbart att du lever livet denna semester. På första våningen är värmen den första av två vardagsrum. Inbjudande kustinredning visas i hela detta drömhus. Matsalen rymmer 8 med plats för tre mer i baren. Köket är mycket välfyllt och har uppgraderade apparater (Dacor och Subzero) och som ett plus två bosch diskmaskiner.

Den första master sviten erbjuder en stor king size-säng, tillgång till pooldäck och pärlstavar. Befälhavaren bad har en stor duschkabin med anpassade kakel finish. Ett stort gästrum med queen size-säng och charmig inredning ligger också på första våningen med ett badrum i anslutning till sovrummet. Poolen och stor däck omger utsidan av första våningen. Stor grillplats är inställd för att utöka matlagningen till det stora utomhus. Poolen är förhöjd och uppfriskande på de varma sommardagarna. Tillgång till stranden ligger tvärs över gatan.

Det finns 3 sovrum på andra våningen. Den andra master sviten vetter mot havet och har en king size-säng. Badet har en anpassad kakel i dusch. Det finns två rum med eget badrum. Den första en queen size-säng med anpassat sängkläder och ett badkar med en egen kaklad dusch. Barnens rum har två enkelsängar och en badkarkombination.

Ett stort mediarum med välvda vedtak kommer att vara familjens favoritrum. Koppla av och titta på en film, spela spel eller bara öppna dörrarna och låt havsbrisen flyta in. En tvättstuga i full storlek finns på denna våning. Den stora piazzaen lockar dig att ta upp en gungstol och fånga på en favoritbok eller eftermiddagslap! Spiraltrappen leder till en liten bit av himlen på takterrassen. Hisservice från garage till andra våningen. Stort garage fylld med barn strand utrustning.

Strängt rökfritt och inga husdjur tillåtna. Fastigheten tillåter inte händelser, fester etc. WiFi tillhandahålls.

Family trip

Loved the property! The trip included our adult children and adult grandchildren. Our daughter is a resident of Charleston so we had built in activities director. Great location enjoyed the total IOP experience.

Family Stay

The space was amazing. It could have been cleaner! Kitchen was left very unorganized - things were just shoved in cabinets - no rhyme or reason. The pots and pans were awful to cook with. They were poor quality and not clean. There were two scatter carpets were tripping hazards and filthy. We picked them up and stored them away. The pool needs a lot of renovation. The water never looked clean. The outside irrigation drowns the front sidewalk so no pedestrians can walk on it as it does not drain. The two front bedrooms above the living space have tree branches that hit the roof waking up the guests. Loved all of the furniture but downstairs family room furniture was filthy. Expensive furniture, just not well maintained. The sound and TV/media equipment is outdated and took a great deal of time for us to get working. Probably will keep looking for another place next year, too bad because the location and space was great!

Great Property!!

We really enjoyed our stay here….first of all, the place was spotless when we arrived. I loved that every bedroom had a bathroom, it made it easy for our family group. The main living room was large with enough comfortable furniture to seat our group of 11, and it also had a great upstairs game room if people wanted to do something different. The pool area was nice, it had sun til about 3:30 or so and lots of covered space. It was a quick walk to the beach so we actually went! The kitchen was well stocked with two dishwashers! The whole group loved the house, and it was put together so much better than your typical vacation home rental. Top notch!! We would definitely stay here again.

A great house can make a difference.

We had 4 children ages 3-6 and 6 adults. The house had pretty much everything you could need. The kitchen was very well stocked with seasonings, utensils, plates, bowls, plastic wear. The pool was so much fun in the afternoons, after the beach which was also a easy walk🙌. They had corn hole, a wagon, boogie boards, some fun water guns for the pool and a few inter tube floats(but they seem hit or miss). There were only 4 of the very low sitting chairs for the beach, but we took our own. It was a great week!

Our 4 day stay

The overall stay was good. The house is beautiful and the location is walkable to the beach. There were a few things those which I expected they would have or that i expected work work: 1) there was no hair dryer in the house 2)the door code did not work; even with the management resetting the lock many times, 3) the trash was not taken out from the previous house guest, 4) the speakers in the house did not work even though it was indicated they would, 5) the house does not sleep as many as it states (no sleeper sofa). On the other hard, the entire house was beautiful, everyone enjoyed the house and it made the weekend. the garage was a plus as well with all the toys and ping pong table. Over all a good experience but defiantly needed some essentials you would expect for the price you are paying.

Perfect home

Large, roomy, and homey residence! Large kitchen with tall ceilings exposed to the great room allows many people to gather! Perfect for the holidays! Having 2 dishwashers was a bonus! The kitchen was completely stocked with all necessities to prepare holiday dishes! Multiple gathering spots, from the roof the a beautiful view of the water and sunrises and sunsets, to the smaller ‘den’ on the 2nd floor, to the main living space. Even the garage is orderly and includes water toys, ping pong. We rented bikes and beach chairs with no problem! We will absolutely stay again!

Not only was this home beautiful, it was very well equipped. We had plenty of room in the family area and the extra bonus room was great for those needing to get a quiet break. It was so convenient with a grill and refrigerator right by the pool. I would highly recommend this property!

Great house just needs a bit more attention in the cleaning

Great house and great location...we had a fabulous time..... but some things need better cleaning.. a couple of examples......BBQ great set up but full of gunk...grease just needs a good clean...... then last renters underwear found in bathroom closet.... kinda gross... A few more things I would like the owner to be aware of if they are interested but I will not write here...... all in all we had a fabulous time and a fabulous stay and it’s a fabulous house

Wow! Fabulous house, great pool, outdoor space and convenient to the beach.

Our party of eight adults and one infant were very comfortable with plenty of space. Enjoyed cooking meals at house using well equipped indoor and outdoor kitchens. Pool was a plus. Private bath in each bedroom was great to have so no one was on top of each other. Washer/dryer were nice to have. Only downsides were Wifi didn't work well, outdoor grill needs servicing and kitchen knives need sharpening. We would stay here again!

First time family vacation. House was beautiful and had everything we needed

Perfect location to beach. The private pool was wonderful to have for just our family. House is spacious and beautifully decorated. Everything u need for beach fun is located at the house. We only went out two times for dinner. Beautiful modern kitchen that we enjoyed cooking in and then going to outside area by pool for fun and games in the evening. Rooftop view was also wonderful. Will definitely go back. Highly recommend. Beach is amazing. Best family vacation ever
