100 steg till stranden. Fyra kvarter från Secrets nattklubb. Ett kvarter från Convention Center. Shopping på gångavstånd.
Njut av denna "Home Away From Home" med din familj. Andra våningen slutet enhet 205 på 44th Street med Ocean och utsikt över bukten. Uppdaterad varje lågsäsong: köksmaskiner, granit bänkskivor, skåp, kakelgolv, trägolv, matta, tvättmaskin och torktumlare och badrum. Nya madrasser 2014. Nya soffor tillkom 2016. Ny matta 2019. Sängkläder inte. Byggnaden har en hiss för enkel åtkomst. Det finns en stor inomhuspool öppen från maj till oktober som uppdaterades 2019.
Sovrum med en king size-säng öppnar för en stor balkong med havsutsikt. Enheten har en extra stor dusch i sovrummet. Andra sovrummet har en drottning säng och två våningssängar. Tredje sovrummet har en drottning säng och dubbel / twin våningssäng. Det finns också en bäddsoffa som ligger i vardagsrummet. Alla 3 sovrum har TV och det stora vardagsrummet har en TV / video / DVD.
Det finns 2 tilldelade parkeringsplatser och ett förvaringsutrymme för din strand redskap.

Great location!

Unit was exactly as described amd very clean. It was a good size for our 2 families, 4 adults and 4 kids. It is very close to the beach, so walking to and from a few times a day was not an issue. Owner was very quick to respond to every question and was very helpful.

Great choice!

This condo is just at listed, there were no "surprises". Mark was wonderful to work with and a very quick responder. This was a family vacation with 4 adults, 3 teens, and 1 younger child. There was plenty of room for everyone. Great location overall. Adults enjoyed that it was a distance from the boardwalk because it was quieter with less activity-the teens however wished it was much closer as they wanted to be on the boardwalk every day and would have liked to walk there instead of depending on us to drive them there. Because the unit is right on Coastal highway, it was much louder with the street noise, but only in the one bedroom on that side and when out on the balcony. When we were in the main house, it wasn't noticed to much. We went grocery shopping after our arrival at the Walmart (20 min away) and stocked the kitchen to do all the meals there instead of wasting money on restaurants all the time. The kitchen was excellent for this! Fully stocked with almost everything I would use to cook at home. The only things I found missing that would have been helpful for us were a cutting board, crockpot, and more containers for leftovers...all of which I can easily pack and bring with us next time. All in all, this was a great place to stay in OC and we will definitely come back here when we visit again!

Great condo and location, minor inconveniences

The condo itself was generally quite nice, and the location was in a fantastic spot. However, some of the beds still had sand and crumbs from the previous guests. They also do not provide soap and toilet paper, which is not listed in the description, and was a bit of an inconvenience. The couch, kitchen, appliances, and everything else was great otherwise.

Great short walk to the beach and a partial view of the ocean

Very comfy place with plenty of room and very close to the beach you can sit on the balcony and people watch or look at the ocean. Nice pool kids loved it open from 10am till 8pm

Overall great, but a few hiccups

Overall it was nice however there were a few issues. The doorknob to the screen door kept coming off on our hands, the knob for the shower came off when we tried to turn on the master shower and there were no batteries in the smoke detector (which he did come and add). We also had to print off our parking passes...we don't have a printer so we had to run to Staples (every other place we stayed at they were on the kitchen counter for us) and he required more cleaning from us then at checkout any other place I've ever stayed. For the price we paid I would expect everything to be in proper working order and I would expect less work on our end while we are on vacation.

Spacious, updated, great location

Condo looks just like the photos, very clean and updated unit. 6 adults had plenty of space. Great location with nearby restaurants and attractions and also a block to the beach. Having both ocean and bay views on deck was a great feature. Beds were comfy too. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful house and location was perfect

The house is exactly as listed. We were there for a dance competition at the convention center so the location was perfect. The beach is just steps away and tons to do close by. We’d definitely stay again and recommend. You can tell they take great care of their place and he is easy to reach if needed.

Loved our stay here ! The unit was exactly as described - clean, nicely decorated and comfortable (the coach is amazing). Great location close to the beach. Mark is a very responsive owner too !

Can't Recommend Enough

We had an awesome time at Mark's place in Ocean City Maryland. It accomated our large group comfortably and at an extremely affordable price. Mark was readily available for any questions we had and everything was as advertised. We will be staying with Mark again on future OCMD trips. Highly recommend.

Weekend Trip for Competition

This condo was exactly what we were looking for! We came into town for a cheer competition at the convention center. There were 4 adults and 3 kids and the space fit us perfectly! We were within walking distance to the convention center, the beach and a ton of places for restaurants or shopping.

Condo was not cleaned when we arrived. Seems there was a miscommunication with the cleaning service.

Nice condo, great location. However, money expected on time but security deposit (not a huge amount) not received to date and this is day 38 since we departed. Have inquired about the security deposit but no answer as of today.

I have owned this property for 13 years. It was always a dream for me to live at the beach and with this condo I can on the off season. We enjoy every minute we are there and have everything stocked to it is our home away from home and hope that you will treat it the same.
