Perfect Beach Getaway!

This is a great little condo in a perfect location for a beach stay! The unit is on the 3rd/top floor, so no noise above, and it has a convenient stairway out the back sliding glass door with a path that leads right to the beach. There are showers to rinse off there, and the pool is right on the other side if you want to take a dip. The duck pond is amazing, and a bag of duck food in the unit was a nice touch. It was very clean, well-stocked, and the blast of AC upon arrival was very refreshing! Fans in each room to move the air around so you won’t be hot on those sunny days. And omg the master bed is ridiculously comfortable! The “Jack & Jill” bathroom works well, with another powder bath for guests. The barn door hardware needs to be retooled though. Overall, we loved it, and would definitely like to go back!

Beautiful experience

The place is so beautiful with the apartment postured for a nice stay. The host is warm and very receptive, providing adequate support. My family really enjoyed the place. We recommend this to all and sundry.

Super cute condo in a great location. Exceptionally well stocked, every little thing was amazing!! Host is accommodating and friendly and fast to reply with any questions. Definitely Willis stay here again ❤️

Like a second home

My family and I have used this condo for 4 years in a row to close out our summer. My kids look forward to going every year. The condo is always clean and the owners are very responsive with all communication. We can't wait to go back next summer.

This place was wonderful! Clean, beautiful, updated, ocean view. The condo had everything we needed, and even had beach chairs, beach towels, and beach toys! I don’t have anything negative to say!

Weekend getaway

Great place! We just came in for a quick weekend getaway but could have stayed for much longer. Walk to beach was great! Too cold for pool but also a quick walk.

A must stay!

If you’re going to Pensacola there is no where else I’d stay! This is perfect and I could not say one bad thing regarding it. Our family felt so at home. We cried when we had to leave. We vacation often and hands down this place is nothing but perfect.

Great spot

This was our second time staying here, and it’s the perfect spot. Very short walk to the beach, lower crowds than the big condos, and well kept property. The owner was very responsive to our questions.

All the previous reviews helped me pick this location. They were all accurate. A minute from the beach walking. Four minutes to the center. Location was perfect. Water is clear and the sand is the whitest you’ll find.

Great stay for a family beach trip

The condo was the perfect size for our family and had everything you could think of down to an extra beach tent. Great condo for a drop and run to the beach without anything trip! The owner was easy to communicate with and quick to respond when needed. I was even offered to enter the condo early without asking, and they checked on us after there was bad weather. 10/10 would book again!

10 year anniversary

My husband and I booked this condo for our anniversary this May. It was very clean and not a far walk at all to the beach. The area is quiet and peaceful and the beach isn’t too busy. It was perfect for our stay. I will definitely book again!!
