Detta Ă€r 507 West pĂ„ Regency Towers. Endast tvĂ„ orter pĂ„ Pensacola Beach har ett sovrum condos direkt pĂ„ Mexikanska golfen. Ingen promenader tvĂ€rs över gatan bĂ€ra din svalare. Ägaren ger dig en uppsĂ€ttning strandstolar och ett paraply. Dessa lĂ€genheter har nyligen uppdaterats med nya smarta TV-apparater och nya vitvaror. Köket har allt du behöver för att laga din egen mat. Den femte vĂ„ningen balkong Ă€r bra stĂ€lle att titta pĂ„ delfiner eller njuta av solnedgĂ„ngen. Den vĂ€stra vy ger en tystare plats tittar ner stranden i stĂ€llet för en pool med buller. Denna lĂ€genhet har tvĂ„ queen size-sĂ€ngar. Badrummet har ett bubbelbadkar / dusch kombination. Vi har utrustat lĂ€genheten kallas "Serenity" det sĂ€tt vi vilja hitta en enhet vid ankomst; enkel Ă„tkomst, rena och bekvĂ€ma. This condo is much nicer than the photos would have you believe. Wonderful well equipped kitchen and a spacious living/dining area. Big bedroom with a nicely firm king size bed. The bath is ample with a really nice with a lovely shower. Superb view of the Gulf from the private balcony. Beautiful swimming pool and private access to the beach. We'll be back !!

This is our 2nd visit to this condo. I love the fact that you have to have a code to get into the property so you don’t have to worry about someone that is not staying there to come in. When we got there the room was very clean and had everything we needed. Ron gave us everything needed to have a smooth check-in. I loved sitting on the balcony and watching the beach every morning and at night. There is a beach service that you can rent chairs and umbrellas or you can take your own. It was so nice to have an area we could walk our fur baby. The area was very safe feeling. It doesn’t take long to get anywhere. The doggie beach being a mile away really was great. I am looking forward to our next trip. Thanks Ron for sharing your condo

Our stay was wonderful! We enjoyed a very nice condo that was fully stocked and very comfortable. The access to the pool and beach was a huge reason why we booked and it did not disappoint. The condo also has beach chairs available - thank you!The bed was so soft and the bathroom was spacious. We also enjoyed the balcony with a very nice view of the Gulf of Mexico. Across the street was a lovely market/cafe called The Local. It has groceries, drinks, a cafe/deli, and liquor store and has great hours! Overall, we are very happy with our vacation choice. The only downside, and not the owner’s responsibility, was that the beaches here are not dog friendly. The condo is but the beach was not. We had to drive a couple miles to the dog beach and there wasn’t a place to hose our pup down afterwards. Just be aware if you are bringing pets.

Awesome condo! Everything was as described. I wish there was a mattress on the balcony so I could sleep on it. The view and breeze were spectacular. The wifi was slow and spotty at times but I didn't spend too much time on electronics. Also, directions stated that the key was in a lockbox on the stairwell but there were 4 lockboxes on the stairwell. Luckily, the owner came out and helped me locate it. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved my stay here!!! Beautiful updated bathroom. The view was phenomenal. Had a small issue with the washing machine and it was taken care of immediately. Communication with the management was very easy. Highly recommend!!!

Great Pensacola Beach Retreat

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean ans comfortable. Very quiet building, we never heard anyone in the units around us. Nice view of the ocean, on a quieter part of the beach, away from the chaos near the bridge, and a quick drive to the dog beach. Overall, very enjoyable, and hope to be back in the future.

Quiet, Clean and Comfortable

This location has beautiful beach views with late morning and afternoon sun and is close to shopping, restaurants and the Pensacola beach boardwalk and still far enough away to be calm and quiet.

This is the second condo I have owned at Regency Towers. When this unit became available in 2012 I bought it, as I wish I would have never sold my other unit. Their is a real feel of community at Regency Towers and the pride shows. I know you will enjoy the uncrowded beach and clear water.
